We have gone here for years. Last time I went I was owned by a different company, but it stills feels great. Nice open area for the kids and seating to eat a snack. Tons of folding space and mosr of the dryers are free. Also vending machine is a great price for the items!

This is our favorite place to do laundry. They have lots of washers and dryers and their dryers are free which is great. It’s clean and the people that work there are always helpful. They sell detergent, dryer sheets, etc if you need them and there is also a Family Dollar right next door if you need something which is convenient too!

Great customer service. Super clean environment. Machines were very clean and easy to use. Covid safety followed 100%. Nice sized parking lot. Great 24 hour service to accommodate night owls and accidents that happen that you can not predict the hour! Definitely will recommend and come back next time my bedding gets soiled. My apt building cant accommodate all the quilts etc

Michael Is the best employee - always goes above and beyond to help with what is needed. The best part is how amazing he is with kids! It’s like I’m paying for daycare and laundry all at once!!

It was clean. What I liked best was they had signs re: dryer usage and a min. requirement of # of items. This way people dont hog up all the dryers. Good looking out. But its expensive to use the machines. Thats how they make up for Free Dry

Very clean and i forgot a load in the washer or dryer cause trying to deal with the kids. I went back and the lady let me look through the clothes she was so nice about it.

Came here because the Bubbleland on North Avenue was closed...Friendly staff, takes credit/debit, however the washers and dryers do not work. My clothes were almost finished drying when I realized that they still smelled and realized they were still dirty😑😑😑so I had to re-pay to wash them and wait all over again.

It was better. I was once locked out and told the place was closed, and I had clothes in the washerReply to managerYes sir I have a card, I wash my hands every time I enter. I know the place is 24hr, thats why I picked it i work late. This is why I posted, I dont understand how a 24hr place can be closed, while watching ppl load washers.... i was done with the wash and only needed to dry, but for some reason, the door was locked, a lady came to the door, speaking with a heavy Latin accent and stated the place was closed, as well, took quite the bit of convincing that I was already washing, she had no desire to allow me back into the laundromat. Given this encounter, I bagged my very wet cloths and left, as well leaving a $5-10 card as i never wanted to return to a place that is 24hr, but is closed mid way through my wash.

The staff was wonderful, they took the time to explain how to get the washing card and how to add money to it. They showed me how to use their new washer machines as well. The ladys were so pleasant and they made sure I knew about the facility and how to aquire any additional soap or downy in case I ran out. Thank you I will come again.

The experience is okay. I come here all the time to do my laundry. They just got new washing machines this year and work efficiently. The only is issue is they did raise the prices for the 6 load ($8.00) and 8 load ($10.25) machines. Unfortunately, theyre not following covid capacity guidelines so please be cautious.

I wonder y every time 🤔 this guy never give out a laundry bag for being loyal customers.... and hardly helps out

Ive been washing at this laundry mat for over 10 yrs and I dont change it for any other one unless I get a washer in my home lol.... This laundry mat and the employees just feel like home to me I know them all and theyre all amazing people plus is always clean so what more can you ask for ...

Great place! Modern equipment. Fast service. I dropped off 3 bags to be washed, but was unable to pick it up for nearly 2 weeks. Forgot about it even.They contacted me a couple times to remind me before I was finally able to get back there (in the middle of packing up a 3-flat).Everything was washed & folded nicely. Wish they were close to my house. I was selling my grandmothers apartment building in the city.They are definitely a diamond in the rough.

I like coming here because it is always clean and there are always enough employees on staff to help with customers. Its usually crowded but they also have new washers which also make it worth it compared to other laundromats in the area.

My favorite place to do my laundry mostly all the machines are new and you get to dry free 💖 that place is super clean and the staff are awesome.

Dryers arent the greatest, but the price and service are pretty good...

Very clean, every time Im here there is always an employee cleaning. Prices are reasonable for washing your close and the dryers are FREE. There is vending machines and a playground inside for the kids. Its not too busy either. They also allow you to drop your clothes off for them to wash for you if youre in a rush.

Has the washer to adjust to your loads the dry is free. The staff is very helpful, friendly and keep it nice and clean. They offer free coffee and sometimes have cookies for customers to snack on. Even has a play are for kids to keep them entertained with toys books or with a movie, makes it convenient for parents.

I recently moved, but I was going there every other weekend for over a year. The best time to go is the evening, when the little dark-skinned Hispanic lady works. She is THE BEST! When shes there the place is clean, the kids area has cartoons, coffee is made, and things are running smoothly. When shes not there... Leave! Really!

Love this place! Owners are outstanding! My daughter was potty training! She did not had diapers on! She ended up pooping all over the floor! The owner helped me cleaned! I apologize and explained she was potty training! He was outstanding! It was like he was part of my family helping me out! With no nasty faces or anything! It was like grandpa cleaning grand daughters poop! I though he was an employee?? NO It WAS THE OWNER!!! I have being going to this place for years! Always good service from employees! If a washer didn’t work! They will just place everything in new one with out extra cost! Always nice! Love this place!

Good place to wash but on busy times you do have to hunt for a drier the staff is very friendly and helpful

10 years ago this place was T H E laundromat to go to. I believe management changed, and so did the quality. The machines wash good and the drying is free! Thats a plus. I really like a clean place, the staff is okay but it was definitely better in the beginning.

Not fond of this place.Screaming children, having to fight over machines with other people... Not to mention one of them put her shoes in the dryer.Its going to take 2-3 hours of your time, not to mention spending your sanity, or lack thereof to deal with this place. Dont people have things to do in the middle of the night?On the bright side, the coin machine works.

24 hr laundry. You use their card to operate machines, no worries, the card Is free you just need to add money. Can get messy during peak hours. Plenty of parking. Free dry seals the deal. Subway and a pizza place across the street.

Machines are great & good dryers, very spacey

This Place was horrible ! I had five loads ! I put a lot of detergent in each one 4 and 3 caps full . When I started the machine no detergent came out I decided to wait and go get food ! When I came back still no soap . When I told the employee, She said that I waited to long to tell her and the machine was already on rinse . She then told me she could restart the machine and put detergent but when I told her I had 4 more loads that did the same thing she made a fuss. She then restarted them all putting LITTLE caps of detergent in each load not even close to what I put . In the end I waisted my whole morning because I had to wait there machines had problems and they failed to notify me . I ended up spending almost 40 dollars at this place BEFORE I knew the machines didn’t work so they took my money And I ended Up Waisting ALOT of detergent that they did not refund !! Also when she put more detergent in she only had tide . I Had a big 15$ bottle of SNUGGLE ! When I asked her what happened where did my detergent go she said she did not know . I left this place very very angry I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WASH HERE !!!!

Came late on a Sunday night. Place was not packed. One of the lady’s working the counter was super rude, was talking trash in Spanish about all the black people washing clothes. Quite a few of the dryers were out of service. Would not return.
