Only recently moved somewhere without in unit washer or on site laundry. M&D Coin Laundry has been great. Its clean, quiet, and not overly crowded. They have a wide array of machine sizes and the dryers are very effective so you arent wasting a bunch of coins. Overall I really recommend. (Ive only come mornings on weekends so far, so I cant speak to the environment on weekends)

The service is effective and efficient. They owner and staff are very friendly, respectful. One time, the staff helps my mother to do the laundry. They did it unconditionally. I feel so much gratitude about them. The place is absolutely, Quiet, clean, inexpensive, the laundry equipment works 100%. There is free parking. I highly recommend them. I have 10 years doing my laundry here.

Esella is very rude and so unprofessional with zero/poor customer service. Whoever is incharge of this laundry should talk to her!!!!! ( not sure i spelt her name correctly)

They have an extra large machine and a large one but it’ll cost you some pretty sweet coins (6.50/4.50) dryers are average price and this place has smaller units that are far less expensive.

Its ok, there is an attendant, on site, It could be cleaner, and it has a bathroom sink instead of a utility sink. But over all, people were polite & respectful, with masks and social distancing, which really matters these days.💙😺✌

I have been coming to this laundromat for over 25 plus years, and am looking for a new place to do laundry!I have been a loyal customer so much so I drive from Skokie just to do my laundry. Unfortunately as a customer there is no loyalty. I spoke to the owner about one of the workers (older lady) and told him on one occasion my dryer didn’t get hot and I’d put in 3 quarters, we notified to lady and she came over and said “you are lying, you didn’t put 3 quarters in the dryer works for everyone else so why are you complaining”!His response was, she shouldn’t be talking to customers like that but she’s been with me for 14 years what can I do! Wow, just Wow...........there is a huge Hispanic population and when I tell you they do tag team washer/dryers it’s ridiculous and are equally as rude! I shouldn’t have to be prepared for confrontation when I go to do my laundry.So, I will keep my $20 a week times that by 25 plus years and find another place of business that appreciates it’s customers and my business.Thank you M & D Laundry!

Good for a quick wash, if u dont want ur work clothes quality diminished though Ill recommend a dry cleaner.

Worker was rude owner must hire someone immediately.
