Worst experience ever i came here on 9/14/2020 at 6:30pm the attendant was so rude and told us to take our clothes out the dryer for no reason then began to yell and curse at me and my wife while we were with our 6 year old son. This is the worst experience i ever had i will never come here anymore.

What time do you really open? Because Im here at 6am and 7am two days straight and the laundromat still dark... I wonder can I get my money off this card...hmmm

I am dissatisfied with the woman that is working this evening, I have been coming here for well over ten years and have never had an experience with any of the people that work here. She is so rude listening to her music and singing loud. She told be that because its 8:00 I need to rap it up but there were still people in there putting their clothes in the dryer. I was folding. If this place wants to keep its loyal customers they need to do something about her. This the first Ive seen her. Because normally come early on the weekend. But today I came after work. This is unacceptable. If this happens again I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Supposed to open at 6:30 am and its after 7am and im still waiting along with several other people. So unprofessional and rude. To be super late opening your place of business and have people outside waiting .

A lot of the washer dont work and you have to have a wash card which is $5.00.

Poorly maintained, messy, dirty, got big roaches walking on machines.. employee sitting down when she could have been wiping the machine FOR SANITIZE AFTER USE..

The lady who is working right now 7/29/19 at 4:25 didnt want to help me with my card, she started to argue with me and raised her voice, and now she has been on the store phone chit chatting almost 30 minutes, also she wont give me the owners or managers phone number. The problem is that they have broken outdated machines that dont work properly and the attendant doesnt care or appreciate my business, almost spending $40. I wont be back on her watch she is being rude and only cares about her music and chatting on the phone.

Everytime I come here the same machines never work.they always have a sorry out of service signs on the same machines fix the machines so customers can use them

First of all you all don’t have a sign on the machine that say it doesn’t work we put our clothes in there and found out it didn’t work so I asked Lucy the Hispanic worker was it working she said let her see so she came over to the washer with me to see so she noticed that it didn’t work so she asked the african American girl who wants to remain nameless she says there is no lights on it it’s broke can’t you see that then she states that her manager carol knew that it was out of order and failed to put a sign in it the african American girls starts yelling y’all doing all of this over a cup of detergent real and then she starts to inform all of the other customers in the laundromat who ever is listening she’s talking to them let’s start by letting the manager know that she has poor customer service employees working for her and they are willing to fight and have her establishment fined with a healthy law sue because of the african American lady and before you all get started I’m black myself I just can’t deal with poor customer service and if she wants to hold on to her laundromat she should let her go because when I leave here today Monday morning I will be filling a complaint with the BBB if it wasn’t for our clothes already in the washer we would have left I’m am not a happy camper oh! Did I mention that she said it was the customers fault because we didn’t pay attention wow never been labeled like this before I only gave it a star because it wouldn’t let me post but I give you NO STARS

The reviews surprisingly are not incorrect. Its bad up there. Ive been going for two years since we moved to the area. If you dont have correct amount of washing money or need change? Forget about it. You have to be in the know about which machines and dryers work. Some washers will spin your clothes for an hour! A lot of the dryers dont work either. Honestly its trial and error and it took a solid like 3 or 4 months to learn what machines will kidnap my clothes and which dryers will ACTUALLY dry your clothes because sometimes there are a lot of machines where its like, gambling. Will you work today nor no? Its bad yall. I go because at this point Im used to it. If you arent, dont even waste your time.

They are still advertising that they are open 24 hours. I arrived at 12:05 am and the lady told me they were closed. No sign with hours, just a sign that said use next door. Really update your website. I called before I went to make sure they were still open and no answer. 😡 Then she posted a sign with hours that said they close at 12 am. Really???

Awful. They don’t have enough washers. And about 25% of them are out of order. So you have to rush around before someone grabs a machine. The dryers? Forget it. It’s the Hunger Games.*BONUS* They don’t use quarters. They have three little cards for $3.50 that you have to put money in. I’m just gonna take that loss. Not worth coming back for.

The African American lady who worked on the evening of February 1st, 2019 is rude and obnoxious. The laundromat was supposed to close at 10pm. She closed, and locked the doors at 9pm! Moreover, she turned of the heat on a night that was approximately 10 degrees freezing the customers who were still left inside!! My children, wife, and I were some of the customers in the laundromat barely half way done with our hands ice cold. I experienced poor service, rudeness, and bad attitude all while she was speaking abruptly to a friend on the work phone as she walked around. This is unacceptable! Someone needs to fire her because obviously dealing with people and doing a great job while getting paid is not her forte!Sincerely,Unsatisfied Customer

New management is trying really hard. Free wifi, free soap Tuesdays and Wednesdays, free coffee and machines back to work. Play area fixed, store is being painted. More carts around and staff is always there to help. New Era. Good job guys.

There is nothing to like about it, I wish I could give it 0 stars. The majority of the washing machines do not work and we are playing hopscotch with the dryers because half of them dont get hot if they work at all. The attendant is just here to open and lock the door, thats it. To top it all off you have to pay $3 for the card which does not go toward the wash at all. It is $3 that I have wasted I will not be returning to this awful place.

You need to buy a card to do laundry, the card is 3.50. It doesn’t go towards ur wash. The laundromat attendant doesn’t have change. The machine to load the card doesn’t take QUARTERS. You have to go to CVS on the corner to get change.Then if u don’t put the card in STRAIGHT the machine will eat ur card. They’ll give u some tweezers and a wire to try to get it out, but if u can’t Get it out u have to come back on Monday to get a replacement card.Bad customer service. Way overpriced. Just go to the laundromat by Jimenez. Better service and decent prices. THEYLL HAVE CHANGE.

Id remove one star for having too many broken washers and dryers and another star for having a sign that says No Change No Cambio, but Ill see employees picking and choosing whos money they DO change. This becomes a problem as cards are used at this location which cost 3 dollars. I didnt want to add an entire 20 dollars to the card. Another star gets knocked down when the staff doesnt respond when children are getting really out of place. Theres a designated play area but most of the time parents want their kids within view, leading them run around the laundromat and crash into carts, other people, and sometimes the edges of the folding tables. Another star goes down because of the sign that says No Less Than 14 Items Per Dryer but therell be moms using between 12 to 16 dryers for a couple pairs of socks, maybe 5 tee shirts, one or two pants, which in turn disproves the next line on the same sign: The Staff Can And WILL Remove Less Than 14 Items Onto An Appropriate Cart. The last star goes out the door with the peddlers and panhandlers. Although there are several signs that say No Soliciting I wonder if anyone there knows what that means. Peddlers and panhandlers and incessant when they do show up. Employees will occasionally purchase from them practically inviting them back.The place is as clean it would be if someone cleaned it every 4 to 6 hours. Its not bad, its only one employee for a large laundromat and they cant be everywhere. However, more often than not, when they can be everywhere on their free time they arent and accidents go unchecked. I only ever see one employee and I think theyre about done with this job.The demographic that frequents the laundromat is usually large families with 2 or more children. The use of loud devices is very common there as is kids sitting on nearly every surface or standing on them. There are TVs set up to a channel I genuinely dont recognize but its mostly infomercials, Spanish soap operas, and soccer.Im sure that with the ton of people that visit this place regardless of its major quirks, this laundromat can see a better future. I was informed that its under new management. I wont blame them if theyre having a hard time keeping the laundromat up to par with standards. Most clients dont really bother cooperating with the norms and rules.

It was verry horrible i got there at 10pm only to be told by a lady working there that thy were close wen i told her that the doors and the website say thy close at 11pm she stated yelling at me in envlish and spanish last wash at 1030pm i ask her to speak to her boss she stated the owners and boss dont care last time i wrk till 1am and dint gt paid those bours extra thy dont care so if thy dont care y are thy advertising false buisness hours last i check false advertisement is a crime and there hiring crew is poorly choosen wen there employees can close wenever thy want and not when they are requier to close

My experience today, Monday, January 7, an employee of the laundry bubbuland I took off iso my clothes from a washing machine telling me that it was from him and he started insulting me and shouting, he said bad words and told me to move quickly to get my clothes started.
