Jumbo Laundry is a no-frills laundry, which is fine, because they have efficient washers and the dryers are free to washing customers. Its a very low key atmosphere, and there are usually washers and dryers available. In a hurry? Try splitting your laundry load into multiple dryers! So much quick drying!

The place has nice machines, and the dryers are free if you use their washers. There is a surly (over worked?) attendant who was rather helpful once I got her attention. However, the place really needs a cleaning. The intake ceiling vents look like they have a filter over them from dryer fuzz. Other than that, I would recommend the place as a laundromat. They also have a station set up for a tailor, but it was not in use while I was there.

Best laundromat is affordable and is a good place to go if you want to save a couple of bucks they offer free drying

The place is kept clean. Washer are large. Dryers are free. But they only let 1 child in accompanied by a parent. Other than that, its great.

Its a laundry mat where we go to wash our clothes. Before the Pandemic The staff is friendly. Not too far from our apartment. Bring a magazine or a book while you wait for your wash to get done. We bring our own washing pods and dryer sheets. They have a change machine also. We get our bills switched in quarters. We will use ( 4 ) -3 loader or (4 )- 4 loader to get all of our clothes, added in separate washers the towels and sheets to get washed. And watch our loads of wash get washed and rinsed. Next you take all of your wet clean clothes and put them inside the wide carts on wheels. And push them to the dryers that we want to use. Then we use the dryers and they have them available add our wash and wait for them to get dried, nice clean wide tables to add your dried clothes and fold them up and add them in our laundry bags, then load them up into the trunk of the car. Depending on how heavy your laundry is they will allow you to push the cart out to your car. Then bring the cart back inside for others to use. Its not that crowded on the weekends we try and get in early before it gets to busy. Free Dry-with wash is why we come to do our laundry. There and many laundromats through out the city. But there are few free drying with washes. And you get alot of things done and your warm up due to the many dryers going. Doing laundry is fun.

Unfortunately I didnt like the attendant. Literally saw me look at a large washer, went back to my car brought my bag in the washer was being used.The other large washer was out.

The security systems keep slowing down my phone. Always buffering at this laundromat!!! Only at this laundromat phone is always buffering!!!

I have bin coming to this laundry mat for more than 30 yrs before you owned it and let me tell you I would give u more than 5 stars but with this lady that is working here today 3/7/2021 is so dam rude to people and moody am doin not nice I dnt k ow how you can have sometime like that working with people she was just so rude to tia lady in here right now who asked her to turn the machines for her I think she should not be working here at all

Guy working there turning on the washing machines that we pay him for not wearing mask. I asked him about it, he said he didnt know what I was talking about. Also when I asked him which washing machines can I use that can be paid for with credit card, he said all of them (which was not true last time I was here). After I put my laundry into two of the washing machines, he comes over, tells me those washers cannot be paid for with credit card. Thanks guy!

This place is really nice but I only wish a NO SMOKING Sign can be implemented in the front entrance area. Not a good smell when you are going to wash and get clean SMELLING clothes. My kids had to smell cigarette smoking and it was disgusting. Would of gave 5 star but can’t due to this. Also I really like that they have a laundry pay option where you can opt out of quarters and pay with your Debit card and yes, nice FREE dryers that actually are hot and dry first round! Thanks

Came in just before closing with a two huge loads of wet clothes thanks to a bum dryer. Manager was welcoming and helpful, and while drying is free after wash, she nevertheless allowed me to use the dryers. I left her a few dollars for the thoughtfulness. Terrific business.

It was TERRIBLE Ill never go there AGAIN... Overpriced overcrowded says only 10 ppl at a TIME ( because of covid 19) by the time I left the place was PACKED...

Please be aware that you may not use the $3.50 machines with card. I loaded up a machine, put my expensive detergent in and then the attendant informs me that you can’t use a card under $5 or on those machines. I did not see this posted anywhere in the laundromat.

Good place to do laundry for first-time traveler to Chicago. One load is $3.5. Staff in attendant was helpful friendly.

Came here when my apartment laundry room was out of service. I must say, i was impressed at how cheap it was. We had one large pile of clothes (probably 6 loads) and it only cost 7$! Theres different sized machines as well, so you can do larger or smaller loads.Drying is free, although you may have to run it a few times because the dryers only run in 15 minute increments.Also, quarters are so 19th century, card readers would be nice. But they do have a change machine and ATM so its not a huge deal.All in all, its a nice local laundromat! Ill definitely recommend it, but hopefully the machines in my apartment are up and running soon lol

Cheap machines here, but they get the job done. Part of the battle is finding a machine that actually works. A lot of them are broken. Its nice that the dryers are free. They do have free WiFi, but its very slow and rarely works. They have a sign that says no soliciting yet I get bothered every time I am here by someone trying to sell me packages of socks or tamales. Make sure you bring your own soap and dryer sheets. The stuff they sell is way overpriced.

The only place I do laundry on the northside. Reasonably priced machines and free dry! You cant beat it.

Came in to do some laundry at 9:00pm. I thought I had plenty of time. Was politely told last wash is at 8. Sign says they are open until 10:30 pm they closed at 10:00pm.

Bad service lots of broken machines and they act like your stupid when you have to ask a question. The machine ate 1.25 in quarters and she asked like she didnt know what I was talking about. Come on the machines at least some of the look nice.

Arrived there in the early evening on multiple occasions to find them closed even though they advertise being open until 10:30 every day. Find a more honest laundromat if you can.

Horrible. Filthy place. Floors are never cleanMost of the dryers dont work and many washers are chronically broken. Employees dont seem to care if machines are broke. I asked attendant to put sign on broken machines and she ignored my request.

Its kind of expensive but not that much and they also have vending machines for ice cream to but only in the summer,i think so.

The machine was not working properly. I put detergent twice and was not able to see soap while it was in washing cycle. When I asked the attendant she replied put some more soap. My question is how much soap to bring when I have small load of clothes while being single?

Washer and dryers work well. However, the prices listed on your website are out of date. Your top loaders are now $3.00, double load $3.50, and 4 load machines are $5.75. Dryers are still free if you wash at there. Please update your website.

Machine Broken, water not running through soap trays - had to argue with attendant - she finally capitulated and restarted a different machine for me - leaving the broken machine on for another unsuspecting customer (Ive never had a problem here until this moment).

The ladys is so rude. Never go to that place. They dont let anybody in after 9pm a. The lady treat other people bad. Never go to this laundry. The woman there is the worst. Nor do they let anyone enter after 9pm. And the unclean woman is a pig. Smells bad
