It is not until you experience exceptional service that you discover that you had been mistreated and had been receiving poor service such as the service I have received here. In fact I was made to feel uncomfortable, in fact I was triggered and oftentimes I could sense that all eyes were upon me. I was merely minding my own business, I was merely washing my clothes, I was merely folding my clothes, and yes I was expecting to Be socially distant. Be socially distant from others so I arrived early in the morning. It was the day that the aggressive steroid filled man who stood in front of me with his arms folded as he exclaimed Im not moving! While he was not wearing a mask. I dont know what part of that was extremely wrong because all of it really is why would he not move to allow me to pass? The mother and daughter who arrived there typically on Sunday mornings were nice at 1st until that day that they occupied all 5 of the large units I had asked politely if I could use one of them, number 13, and she the elder expressed to me that I could. But then she began to fill it after I had waited 25 minutes and again I felt disdain I felt as if it was a club. And although I paid a fair price I was not invited to join I was socially rejected. It was obvious I did not return there to day and I went to another laundromat and it was the best service I have ever had in my entire life the end.

The service is always of the highest standard. There are no traces of previous stains. My garments were immaculately washed and folded. The service fee was also within my price range. This is a spot that I highly recommend.

It used to be my go to but half the machines between the washers and dryers are out and they’ve really gotten ridiculous with the prices. Parking is what brings the customers in and the cleanliness

Clean, convenient and there are shops nearby. Triple load is $5.25, double load is $4. Dryers are .25/10min. It took .75 to dry my triple load. There’s free WiFi and a clean washroom for customers. Midday on a Wednesday is the perfect time to do laundry. Nearly had the place to myself.

Super affordable if youre C. Montgomery Burns. Smallest washer is 19 quarters.

Clean place. not too busy. last load is at 7:30pm, so, keep that in mind when coming here as they close at 9pm everyday. they do open at 6am.

Wash & Fold - Easy Access / Huge Parking Lot - Cold A/C - VERY CLEAN! - Super helpful staff!I have been using their Wash and Fold service for several months now. They are very quick to turn around the laundry. Everything is ALWAYS done perfectly, from the wash to the folding and packaging for pick up. I know they do pickup and drop off, too. But its easy for me to visit the store because Im on Clybourn often. Extremely reasonable prices. Great service!

Very clean facilities and abundance of machines! The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and the location is convenient right next to eateries and Jewel! At times some machines are out of order but I come here weekly and it seems they fix machines promptly within a week or 2! Would definitely recommend!

I have used the facility many times to clean our X-large moving blankets that we use in our business. I find these machines at this location are always in clean condition and the machines clean them better than other laundry facilities. Like everyone else writes, it is clean and I have never had a problem.

Best of the best!!! Plenty of top-of-the-line machines, friendly staff, and awesome hours. I bring my laundry here bc my building WD is a piece of junk. The wash & fold service runs me about $20 but it is totally worth it. The way they fold is like getting new, neatly folded, clothes. I wish there were more just like them.

Came to do some larger loads of laundry and this place was amazing. The woman working was helpful and keeps it very clean. There’s even a coin dispense for quarters !!

Absolutely a rip-off! $4/small load and $.25 for 10 minutes of dryer time. You will drop more than $5 a load just to have your clothes completely dry. Also, the wash machines smell moldy and my whites turned yellow. Stay away!

The new machines arre fantastic. The parking is very convenient. Excellent location. And the store is extremely clean.

This place is cleanest laundromat I never been. The people works here so nice and helpful, I have to leave after put in the washer, they help me to put in the dryer. When I back and everything is fold. Thank you Yolanda.

I have always gone to this laundromat, but now its time to find a new place. Half the machines are out of order. I needed two medium or one large and one small. That combination was not available on a Monday at 5:30pm when there very few people in the laundromat. Prices have gone up here, and I am not about to pay $14 when it should have been $10 or less for my laundry. Also half the dryers dont get hot enough so I end up wasting an extra 30 minutes to dry my clothes, which is a big deal when there are no comfortable seats!

Service was awesome. I travel for business sometimes I need a full service while I am at work and these guys have an excelente service. They pickup and delivered my laundry right outside my hotel. Totally recommend and definitely will use it again.

First time last time there where like 5 machines not working, which then you don t have a choice to use the bigger one MORE MONEY... PRICING . Not good other places in area cheaper. In a rush I guess pay MORE.

Always clean and always friendly users and management also. They also provide drop-off service for those with a busy life style or have a busy weekend.

This is the place I got my laundry done. They are really good, clothes nicely folded, shirt are hanging like dry cleaner. all color sorted. I used them for over two years, still love the job they do for my clothes.

Went across the street and left my clothes done in the washer for a max of ten mins. They took my clothes out of the washer and put them to the side in a wet pile. At least have the decency to throw them in the dryer if you take them out. On top of it, they are overpriced and there has been many times my clothes smell after using their washers.

This place was not worth my trip. The Place says it closes at 1030pm.Last wash at 930pm.I was there 9:32pm and owner locked the door right in front of me with all my loundry bags. Teling how sorry she is and giving big smile.Thats the way to do the business. I strongly suggest to find the other coin loundry who happily accept their clients

Absolutely horrible service, the most disgraceful and disrespectful customer services for a business. Warning the machines steal your money and they act like its your fault. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place is awesome due to its proximity to so many shopping places. Youve got a Jewel Osco, Aldi, FedEx, Starbucks, AT&T Wireless, Starbucks, Old Navy Marshalls and many other places right there so as long as youre comfortable leaving your things you can pass the time easily.

Very clean and the machines are relately new. The owner Alice is usually on site and she is super friendly.

Stinks, expensive, staff are very brusque, and most of the time, there are running, yelling, screaming kids. Not a place to go if you can help it.The machines dont work half the time so youll end up paying double for the same crappy service. Plus, the free wifi apparently attracts people who arent even doing laundry so there are a lot of random people just hanging around.
