Ive been working with MyClean for almost five years while Ive lived in Chicago, and they are the best! Easy to schedule cleanings, all of the cleaners are super professional and do a great job. Id highly recommend MyClean to anyone who is looking to have a quality regular cleaning service.

I have been working with MyClean for years. My cleaner Yvonne comes every Wednesday and she is a huge help for me and my family. She has a great can do attitude and I am comfortable having her in my home. In the seven years I have been working with MyClean she is the best cleaner I have found but others were good too. When she is not available MyClean emails me offering me the option of a difference person. I like to have my home cleaned once per week and so I always choose the sub. Overall I would say their cleaners are good, although no one is Yvonne :)

Had an unfortunate incident where my sink gave way due to too much weight while a cleaning professional was cleaning our place (full sink of water and all stove grates wer too much for the under-mount hooks to support).After reaching out to customer service I was contacted by the COO and CEO and they swiftly took care of any expenses incurred in order to repair the sink, etc.Based on my brief experience with MyClean, Id certainly recommend not only for their excellent cleaning skills but generally good people that run the company from the top.

MyClean has been the best cleaning service I have had especially because of Lela. I have tried independent companies and various services before settling on MyClean. Their customer service stands above the rest and the quality of clean is by far the best. Lela is so kind and does such a great job. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she is so friendly with our dog which has be wonderful.

I have a regular person that cleans and does my laundry, but I use MyClean from time to time when Im looking for a deep clean or if Im in a pinch. Their website makes booking a breeze, and I really like knowing that their cleaners are bonded/insured. I have used them a handful of times now and have always been happy with how clean my apartment is. This most recent clean wasnt the best, so I emailed their customer service and they were quick to make it right. Overall I would say that this is a reliable service and (perhaps more importantly) their customer service is exceptional.

We run multiple businesses from printing and manufacturing to a mens clothing and have always used MyClean for their services. They have always done a great job with our offices at a great price and are very professional. I would highly recommend using MyClean if you are looking for a great quality service.

Today was the second time I used this service. And I am again very satisfied. They are not the cheapest, but the quality of the work as well as the customer service makes them more than worth their fee. Next time I need to clean my pigsty cleaned, I will again call them to come work their magic.

My most recent cleaning was the best I have ever received and prompted me to write this review. I also emailed MyClean to let them know how amazing everything was. In the past I have had a few minor issues with MyClean cleaners and their team has always gone above and beyond to make it right. Overall my experiences have been really great. I will definitely continue using them and if I decide to settle in Chicago longer-term then I will be sure to book a subscription with her. MyClean is good about reaching out to ask if I want a subscription with whichever cleaner I mention in the survey they have me fill out after the clean. Awesome service again.

Really enjoyed the MyClean experience. Had the myclean cleaner over for 3 hours and she performed exactly as expected. The price is great for the quality of the work. Housekeeper also had a very pleasant personality. I asked her to be my regular and she gave me the contact information for the office. Ill be booking her again!

You get what you pay for. I’ve used slightly cheaper options and have gotten shabby results. My Clean costs a pinch more, but I have not had a single problem with its services in three long years. My cleaning lady shows up on time every time, does her job well, and makes me happy to live in a well-kept, very clean home. Plus, it costs more because they pay their cleaners better than most companies and the result is that their cleaners are better trained, more professional, etc. I think it is well worth it.

I use MyClean from Airbnb rentals in NYC and Chi. Their website makes booking easy and I have found that their cleaners do a great job of following my customized instructions.They dont do laundry which isnt ideal but when I asked their COO Kenny about it he explained to me the challenges that laundry presents (especially in New York City where most apartments dont have a washer and dryer in the unit). Overall I think theyre a good value for their frequency I need cleans and the ease of booking online plus I get to rack up more credit card points :))

We have two toddlers in the house so having a clean home is very important to us. Yvette has been so wonderful in helping us keep a germ free home for the kids. She is always punctual and gets to work like she is cleaning her own home. After our old housekeeper moved away we didn’t find anyone we like until we tried MyClean. It’s miles above other similar services.

MyClean offers a tremendous service at a really great price. I usually clean my own place, but I’ve lived in it for years now, and some areas and things just fall by the wayside. The MyClean cleaner made my bathroom look like it had never been used. After she finished her cleaning, I also noticed that the lower part of my kitchen walls looked brighter. They never looked gunky so I didn’t pay too much attention, but the cleaner saw something I didn’t.

MyClean really came through when no other company would. I moved into a new place on August 1st and I went with a different company and they cancelled last minute. I called MyClean and they were able to send 2 great cleaners. They did such a good job I will most likely use them on a regular basis. Thanks MyClean!

Honestly, I read the reviews and didn’t believe all the hype. I’ve had cleaners before and, at best, they were eh. It’s obviously nice that they free me from cleaning, but there is usually something left to be desired. Well, here I am writing a five-star review. MyClean is not 100% perfect, but it lives up to its promises. The bathroom was cleaned, my appliances looked brighter, the beds were made, everything was dusted, rugs vacuumed, etc. I’ve already booked again.

Copying this from my Yelp review because I want everyone to hear about MyClean:Ive never written a review on Yelp in my life, but I feel compelled to write about MyClean. MyClean is, BY FAR, the best cleaning service Ive had in Chicago and lifted a huge burden off my shoulders:1.) The quality of cleaning is of a truly high professional standard. Ive had two preferred cleaners in the recent past: Lisa and Shantel. Both of them clean with a lot of care an love. Theyll go above and beyond what you explicitly ask them to do (Lisa, for example, once unfurled a massive new carpet in my living room without me asking her to do it--moving a very large couch and coffee table by herself). On the occasions that Ive had back-up cleaners, they have been very consistent as well.2.) Exceptional customer service. If your cleaner is late or cant make it, someone from MyClean will email you (yes a human being, not an automated message) to inform you and automatically find a replacement (who is usually also quite good) unless you want to reschedule with your preferred cleaner. Theyll also respond with a great deal of understanding when something doesnt go right. There were only two situations with me. First, early in my relationship with MyClean two years ago, I arrived and just didnt feel the cleaner did a good job--they sent me another one the next day (ended up being my preferred cleaner Lisa) for free. Second, a back-up cleaner once forgot to lock my door when she left...I complained about it and they immediately addressed the concern, dealt with it and refunded me. You know good customer service when you see how they respond to things that go wrong.3.) You can pay online/with a credit card. This might seem silly, but if youre super forgetful like I am, youll have to scramble out in the freezing cold to find an ATM to pay an independent cleaner. MyClean handles that with a subscription, so you dont have to think about it.If youre looking for a high quality, professional cleaning service, I really recommend MyClean.

I love the idea that Myclean gives its cleaners a checklist. It’s such a great way to keep on task. I usually clean my own apartment, but with work and a kid it’s not always easy to keep up with every nook and cranny. I’ve forgotten so many of them too! But the MC specialist did an amazing job and checked off every single thing she did. I love MC and will use them again.

First time, showed up incredibly late, cleaner asked to use my cell phone. Did a horrible job except in the fridge. I expressed dissatisfaction, they send another cleaner back, she did a great job.I decide to use them again, but this time I request for the second cleaner. They agreed and assured me this was possible. They then switched her out without telling me, and the new cleaner is 2 hours late (they called and said shed be ten minutes late). She unplugged my fridge / freezer and did not plug it back in, so $100+ dollars worth of food spoiled. I expressed this concern to the company, no response.EDIT:The company reached out and offered to compensate me for the food. It seems like the customer service is good when things go wrong, they just go wrong seemingly often. If I was to use this service again I would strongly ask for a cleaner who would show up on time and who highly rated.As far as the below response, it seems to insinuate I am not an actual customer, an attempt to throw shade at the legitimacy of this review. I have spoken with the head of operations and customer service, Ross, personally. Users, choose who you want to believe.. It seems this is their standard response for the negative reviews below.

Im so happy that this Chicago-based company came to NYC! MyClean did an excellent job getting my apartment ready for a new tenant. I lived in my apartment for 7 years before renting it out to a tenant. I kept the place in good condition, but it was time to do a thorough clean once I moved out. The MyClean professional made the bathroom and kitchen look brand new. She vacuumed and swept up cardboard and other particles left behind from the move. I was very pleased with the results and am eagerly waiting for them to move onto other cities so I can use them in South Florida!

My GF and I are both very organized people. We like our home to be neat and tidy, but we both work very busy schedules (we are both doctors) and so we often do not have the time to pay attention to the level of detail we like. MyClean has been our service provider for two years, and we are very happy with them. Its services are always prompt and professional, and our apartment looks and feels fresh after every clean. I had my first experience with MyClean and am very pleased with the results. My 1 bedroom was spotless after the cleaning. I actually tried to find something wrong with it because a 50 mark system to clean seems too good to be true, but everything was spot on.

Service was fine. But, the cleaning lady broke our vacuum cleaner and when reached to company they responded saying it because of wear and tear sorry! Not a pleasant experience.

We love MyClean. It delivers a LOT for the money and does it really quickly. We also feel good about using a service that is insured & bonded and also treats their employees well.

They dont pay their workers enough, they make them buy their own cleaning supplies, and they make them pay for their own transportation.. also a lot of racial profiling..

I had been using a cleaning company called Handy for the past couple months, but each time they sent a different cleaner after telling me each time it would be the same. I finally decided to give MyClean a chance. The first clean I had with them went pretty well so I set up recurring service with the same cleaner. Like anything new - it took a couple tries to get it just right, but now Keshia comes every week on Friday and does a FANTASTIC job!

In 2015 my team and I were fed up with our old office cleaning company.While their rates were fair, they did not clean on a daily basis. Myusers were constantly complaining about the lack of upkeep of therestrooms and their stations. I rarely get complaints since we switched. As amatter of fact, I still get compliments on how courteous and sweet theMyClean staff are to my fellow employees.Michael Scharf the CEO and the site manager Ed are very responsive.Here are some examples:1) In the beginning, users were noticing their personal cups missing. a.After investigating the issue, it turns out that MyClean was doing toogood of job cleaning after my users by taking their dirty coffee mugs toall the dishwashers throughout the company. Nothing was missing, justmisplaced. b. Decided to only clean cups/dishes at the kitchen area andhad my users be responsible for their own wares.2) We had all of our long fluorescent ceiling light fixtures throughout6 floors of space cleaned. a. Have not been cleaned once since weentered in our building (~7 years). b. Had an issue on the executivefloor where my users noticed dust/debris. c. Emailed Mike and Ed. Mikeresponded 5 minutes later and got his crew to deep clean the entirefloor that night.Although their prices seemed high and changing cleaning companies isalways a delicate manner, my only regret with my decision to go withMyClean is that I should have done it sooner.

Just finished my first year of regular cleaning with MyClean and could not be more pleased. My condo looks fabulous inbetween cleanings because they do such a good job when they are here. This treat I gave myself has made coming home a joy. I deserve them!

MyClean are great, I used them in Chicago after a pleasant experience using them in DC. They did a great job cleaning my Airbnb apartment and came in cheaper than the host was charging. Very friendly team.

Terrible. $100+ dollars for my cleaner to not scrub down the bathroom, clean the bedroom, or dust the apartment with guests visiting the next day. Better yet, I was given the run around when asking for a refund and had to waste even more of my time convincing them that I wasnt going to pay for services not provided - even after all that I was only given a partial refund. Ill find someone else next time!

MyClean is awesome! The cleaners were on time and very courteous. I have a 4 story town house so I know it was tough going up and down all those stairs, but they did it and had a smile on their face the entire time!The appointment took longer than I thought it would, but thats okay, because Im sure my house needed it and I found out that I was their only customer that day, so they probably took their time in being thorough and careful as well.They use amazing products, Mrs. Meyer, which is one of my favorites, but you have to provide a vacuum and toilet brush/cleaner, which is fine, because I had ample warning that they would not have this on them.The customer service is great as well! I had made the appointment a few weeks in advance so I got a reminder email which helped jog my memory :) I also got an email from the head of operations after the clean wanting to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction, and to add notes to my profile, in addition to assigning that particular cleaner to my account if I was satisfied (which I was!).My favorite part is that they folded the toilet paper in all my bathrooms like a hotel and put a cute little MyClean sticker on them! Ill definitely be using them again!

They should evaluate how to go about deciding which employees does what. Instead of going out on a whim. Anyhow, I will not do business with them and no equal opportunity.

Great company! After dealing with a couple of sub-par cleaning services, it was hard to trust someone new coming into my home. After talking on the phone i was assured that my experience would be a lot better. I cannot be happier with Myclean! The quality of cleaning was exceptional and they really paid attention to detail. I scheduled a clean with MyClean after I had Handy come to my house to clean. Right off the bat the customer service at MyClean was 10x better. I actually got responses back RIGHT away via email and when I called actually spoke to someone. The clean was great too. I had a girl named Zoey (sp)?? She said she had been with the company for only 2 months but she cleaned like a seasoned veteran. I will for sure be using them again

Terrible experience. I expected much more from $220/5hr deep clean of an empty 1bd condo. The windows were streaky, floor was sticky, bathroom still had hair on the floor, very poor attempt to clean the tub/toilet and even worse attempt at the stove, granite counter was greasy, vents were not even touched. The only thing done right was the floorboards, window sills and cabinets were wiped down. The refrigerator was ok.Multiple potential renters viewed the unit after the cleaning from myClean and asked if we were going to clean the unit! We told them MyClean Chicago already did and they were disappointed. I didn’t even bother to ask for any money back or another cleaning as I had to use my time and resources to give the place a real cleaning.Never again. Over priced for the end result. Don’t waste your money.

Today, June 26, two ladies came to clean a unit, at the time they were ready to leave, they came down to throw 2 boxes and asked me where the recycle dumpsters were. I explained, open the door for them and asked them to FLATTEN the two boxes, because that is a rule in the building. They came to front door in seconds and asked them if they destroyed the boxes. Their answer was YES, but they did not. They could ask me to do it for them, but instead they did lie.

I made an appointment with MyClean after my sister raved about her cleaning lady, who she found through their service. The booking process couldnt have been easier- just go to their site, enter your number of bedrooms/bathrooms along with a few other details, and youre set!Nacole showed up 15 min early on the morning of my appointment and was got straight to work. She brought supplies and asked if there was anything I wanted her to focus on (floors!). I left to go to work, so Im not sure how long she stayed but when I got back my apartment was SPARKLING and smelled amazing. She even left a checklist with a nice note that went over all the areas she covered. I have a shedding dog and somehow she managed to get all the fur off the bottom section of my couch (which I always notice but never have to patience to take care of).Thank you, Nacole! Ive never used a cleaning lady before but the reasonable prices at MyClean coupled with the quality of work means that Ill definitely be using this service again.

My clean hires felons whove actually shot and robbed people not exactly sure these are the kinds of people you want in your home possibly when your not there. Yes ex cons!

The bathrooms werent touched, none of the bedrooms were vacuumed, Im very disappointed with this service. I spent $150 to have to clean my house myself!
