I had really high hopes for this company. Booking and communication were great from the beginning. Unfortunately the cleaning was very poor. Called the company explaining the cleaning was not what I expected. They stated because I had not communicated this complaint within 48 hrs they could do nothing. I understand the policy, just seems like 330 dollars for a 3 hour cleaning deserved a bit more consideration and a more satisfactory resolution to a possible repeat customer.

Me and my wife we are really happy with the cleaning! It was thorough and the apartment feels like a new. Also it was really nice to chat with Claudia who was our cleaner. On top of that the communication from the company is really good. We are starting to use this service for our weekly cleaning :)

Excellent to work with and very professional. Only thing that was slightly was cleaning skills for home and Office.

This is the best cleaning company in Hyde park. I have tried several companies in the area and NONE has cleaning my house like this. I was very pleased with the thorough cleaning that Eco ladies completed today. The focus on detail was wonderful: doors, handles, window sills, baseboards, etc. And when the job was done, I was given a tour of each room with a checklist of what was done!! Now thats thorough. Not only did my house sparkle when they left, but I appreciated how they worked. They were professional, focused on the job and very very pleasant. I look forward to their return visit in a month.

I am proud to say we have used this company to clean our 4,500 sq ft home twice a month for 15 months. I have used several cleaning companies in the past and NONE have come close When I come home the house looks and smells amazing! They take their time and take pride in their work as if it was their own home. They love on our dogs and go the extra mile by folding towels and changing sheets if they are asked, or just doing what they see that’s needed. I completely trust them in my home without me being there and would recommend them to anyone that wants business minded owners to give their home the attention it deserves. I could never say enough about how much I love these guys and would give them 10 stars if it were an option!

We had our skylight windows cleaned recently.I wish we didnt have to ask to go back and finish the job. It was substandard at first. But when we asked, they were friendly and didnt argue. Once they corrected their mistakes, everything was shiny and spotless.Next time we need those washed, we plan on calling them again. Would recommend them to my friends

I never really do reviews but we used their service today and it was a disaster. We left a review on their web but there is no way to be seen so I choose to post it here to where it cannot be taken down:The customer service by the other way is TERRIBLE. My cleaning was supposed to start at 9:00AM and a agent (Julius ) kept calling me with very bad English and really hard to understand the call kept breaking up making up excuses I ended up getting my cleaning at noon really bad face for the company. I was also almost overcharged for services I never asked. It seems they dont know what they are doing TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE lots of calls and never answering when I called. I liked Claudia but else it was a disaster

They keep moving the cleaning date. I am not sure why they keep rescheduling and they modify my booking price also it seems they dont know what they are doing the cleaners are not prepared they dont know what they have to do. Terrible!

This is the second time I had Eco Cleaning Company do a deep clean of our downtown in Chicago, Illinois office. They do excellent detailed work.

The cleaning itself was fine but I was billed THREE TIMES FOR MY SERVICE! I had to dispute the charges with my bank account because I received no response from the company after sending in proof of having been charged several times. This is UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

This team was quick and punctual about getting my couch removed from my place. On top of that it was the lowest quote of anything else I could find online. Couldnt have asked for better.

Terrance took on a difficult task of a complete clean out of a home that was not well taken care of to say the least. He never asked for more money over what was quoted, however a tip was certainly warranted. He did an amazing job, worked all day and had to come back the next day to finish a small portion. I will certainly use him again for any other clean out/haul aways.

My projection tv finally gave out and I wanted to get rid of it. Our initial appointment was scheduled for 7:00 pm. I had another appointment scheduled for 7:30 pm, and Terrance let me know when he was on his way and would arrive at 7:30 pm. For me, time and money are valuable, and I appreciate the communication, because it allowed me to push back my other appointment. Terrance and his partner arrived promptly at 7:30 pm, and hauled away the bulky tv. They are nice guys, who are very professional and efficient. If I need to have any items removed, I would give these guys a call again.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! This company was horrible from the beginning. I called and asked for cleaning services for two rooms in my home and was given a brief quote and rushed off the phone but was then engaged in back and text messages for the rest of the evening about what kind of cleaning I needed (should have been asked when I called). The day before I sent messages, via their online message forum like I was asked to, trying to make an adjustment and get a quote, no response. Sent another message, no response. I called the day of service, no answer, but I get a text. I had to tell him to call me. He calls me stating that I was given a quote by some female assistant that I never heard of or talked to. Which was different then the original quote over the phone. I stated that I did not need a deep clean and that they could still proceed with what I booked which was a standard cleaning. He agreed.30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive, I get a TEXT stating they were in an accident and cant come, NOT SURPRISED! Several others customers on other forums are complaining that they always cancel before they are scheduled to arrive so apparently this is a norm. I tried to have a back up plan the day before because I had a feeling they were shady but unfortunately everyone was booked. I had people coming in for Christmas and a Christmas party and could not physically clean myself so now Im stuck. They arent remorseful nor do they care about doing this to people!! DO NOT USE!!!!
