I have had the pleasure using the Servcorp office space on Lake Street in Chicago for 10 months now.The co-working space for Servcorp is very accommodating, and the company hosts incredible networking events where everyone on the floor can come together and open up, creating a more relaxing, but professional atmosphere.My main praise goes to the employees of Servcorp. At my co-working space in particular; Ari, Nicole, Brittany, Ali, and Teagan are the most professional, courteous, and genuine front office representatives I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Any question or concern you ask of them, they will have a million effective and precise solutions that make any operational task for your company so much easier. They all are also incredibly personable and have an amazing sense of humor.I whole-heartedly recommend Servcorp as an office space if you are looking for a professional, but also very open atmosphere.

Terrific experience - the entire Servcorp team has been incredible and the customer service is top notch. We had multiple touch points in advance of our move in date and once we arrived, everything from phones/internet, office furniture, instructions, etc. was all set up. We were up and running within minutes of our arrival and never missed a beat. Beware of the fine print in the virtual office packages.They sign you up for an agreed offer,then3months later they take something away from your plan but you keep paying the same amount.We were offered a great package then they took items out our package and told us,the agreement gives them the right to change what they want.They charge you a fee when you ask them a question!I got a bill telling me that since my staff asked a question of the receptionist I am charged.Your better off at REGUS@LEAST I CAN ASK A QUESTION AND NOT BE CHARGES$12.00For an answer which may not even be anything but

ServCorp River Point has one of the best views of downtown Chicago that Ive seen. The space is clean, minimalist, and has an excellent floor plan. The coworking area features restaurant-syle booths, comfortable seating, and even a real London phone booth. Its a very comfortable space for a meeting or to get work done. Many of the offices throughout the space feature great views of Chicago. The staff is top-notch. They go above and beyond for tenants, and are also very friendly people. Highly recommend.
