Hands down the BEST and most HOSPITABLE place if youre looking to rent/lease an office space in Chicago! I recently visited Servcorp to work on a project. The breathtaking views of the city are to die for from the 42nd floor....Also the office space is super chic and luxurious, and most importantly very clean (great for germaphobes like me). The pricing is incredibly affordable considering how high end this spot is. However, what I love the most is how friendly the staff is! The center manager, Lauren, goes out of her way to make sure clients are satisfied during their visit. Lauren and her team are extremely hospitable and want to make sure everyone that comes in feels welcomed and comfortable. I truly mean it when I say I felt more welcomed when I visited their location than when I went to work at my office before the pandemic. You cant go wrong with this location and I dont know how I havent discovered this gem up until recently. This is my new go to spot to study or work on a project, love it!

I simply could not allow another day to come and go without acknowledging just how impactful being a member of Servcorp is on my professional and personal lives. Firstly, the space, ironically, is not the main attraction here; but rather, the people that make the space what it is...home. In as authentic a way as I know how, the support, comradery, and attention one gets from this membership is far more valuable than its price tag.

I have been leasing in this building for several years and, as always, the staff is extremely pleasant and professional. The offices are quite impressive and the view of the city is breathtaking from all angels. I have two locations for my business and this downtown location is extremely convenient for my clients that work in the loop. Ive never had an issue with my messages being delivered in a timely manner nor have I ever been disappointed with the level of professionalism and commitment that Servcorp has provided me in all the years that Ive been leasing from this facility.

The ServCorp location at 155 N. Wacker is a place I always look forward to coming to because of the professional and business atmosphere and the courteous staff. My visitors are always impressed when they come which is a direct reflection on my Business.

From the day I came in to the Servcorp office for my interview I have loved every aspect of my new employer being apart of the Servcorp office space. All the Servcorp employees are very friendly and professionally and go out of their way to make our company and myself feel like a priority. The other tenants are also great and I love meeting people in different lines of businesses at all the social events.

We moved to this space a year ago and we love it. The office space is gorgeous with amazing views of the city. The ServCorp staff is amazing as well as always professional and extremely helpful. Reasonably priced office space with several perks such as premium coffee/espresso maker and premium teas, events for networking with other tenants and Friday bar cart. Would highly recommend ServCorp to anyone looking for spectacular office space with outstanding service.

Beware of the virtual office packages.you so much as ask your receptionist a question and you could be charges$12.00.in additional fees to your agreed monthly payment.A volunteer asked where the post office was and I was charged a fee because he asked the receptionist a question.Your better off with Regus.They up there prices after every3months and your not grandfathered in so you may buy a yearly package at one price,but3months later they will take something from your package or increase something else and your not benefitting at all.However the property is wonderful and the office layout is great,just accept that youll be billed for everything and I mean everything.my staff asked how to use the new technology phones and they billed me for that.

Servcorp provides a friendly, professional, clean environment conducive to work in. While sharing the absolutely lovely secretaries between multiple businesses, they still make you feel like youre their primary concern at all times, handling any and all requests in a timely fashion.The office space, view, and office assistants are great. I would recommend it to any business looking for space in Chicago!

The personalities of both the Executive assistant and Receptionist is outstanding they greet your clients with a friendly smile and go beyond their task to assure that your assignments are done in a timely manner this location will impress your clients with a taste of class.

Chloe, Paulina and the staff at ServCorp in Chicago do a wonderful job of taking care of our business needs. We utilize quite a few ServCorp locations but these ladies are our favorite. They always go above and beyond to make sure our needs are meet. We havent found anything they are unable to help us with and look forward to every interaction with them.
