I regret... NOT GOING TO COMPUTER PRODIGIES FIRST!I went on a camping trip and lost my phone, turns out I left it on a pick up bed and the driver left with it. It ended up getting tossed on the road and it was run over countless times!We are loyal customers of Computer Prodigies but never thought that my Iphone 11 could be brought back from the dead, so I ended up buying an SE. The SE is not the same! A $400 phone cannot compare to a $1200 one. My husband ended up consulting with CP and they gave it a good prognosis.I just got my 11 back yesterday and apart from the damage to the edges from the glass breaking and scraping the frame, it is the same! No issues! It works great and I am super grateful to them for taking the time to fix it (since I am still paying it off).Take your devices straight to them for a free consultation!

Had an iPads pass down from oldest to youngest and they were in rough shape! All better now. Even an old iPhone was back to life. Now road trips are a breeze! Thanks guys! Based on all the other places I called to inquire about estimates, including Geek Squad, they gave me little hope of recovering my brand new laptop without spending as much as what I spent on the purchase price. First off, they offered a free evaluation of the problem and I quickly got a call back. They were completely transparent and honest and told me it was a simple battery problem. Due to the fact the problem was an easy fix, they did not charge me. If not for Computer Prodigies’ honesty I would have paid a good amount just to get the laptop working again. Computer Prodigies provided me with honest and professional service at a great rate. My laptop was not outputting audio, so I took it to them for repair. After proper disassembly, they determined the issue was not defective speakers or a board issue, but simply the speaker connector had come undone from the board. They notified me of the issue and adjusted the repair cost, since the issue no longer required a full speaker replacement. Transparency comes a long way, and I highly recommend Computer Prodigies for their professionalism and quality rates!

Took my phone in to fix a cracked glass and although it took longer than expected (my screen is curved so I wasnt surprised) they handled my phone with care and gave me a loaner phone. I received my phone back within a week or so and there were some screen issues I noticed. When I contacted them regarding it, there there was no hesitation to look at it again and they took care of it with ease. Wish the process was faster but understandable with the type of phone I own.

I have known Justin since the very beginning of starting his business. He would come out personally to my home and fix my mother’s computer. I still use Justin today for all my computer and electronic needs. He has fixed my desktop,laptop,and I pad. He fixes screens and has saved our files on our desktop recently. I had high expectations based on the reviews, I brought in my phone to get a battery replaced. Then after 2/3 days after pick up the screen started showing imperfections. Brought it background back to them to see what can be done and they claim it has water damage. I know it’s a my word against them type of battle, but I know for a fact I didn’t do anything to my phone. And weird how after I get the repairs done the screen gets ‘water damaged’.

The dude is super knowledgeable with the devices. Helped me with my laptop. On my first visit, he gave me possible solutions that I could try on my own. On my second visit, I talked about the issue with my laptop and he was able to fix it. Laptop is running smooth now and he even gives more information about your device upon request. Love this place!! After cracking the screen on my MacBook Pro, I went to apple and they told me if was vintage and I could not replace it. Apparently Apple does this so you have to buy a whole new computer. After reading a few reviews I decided to call Computer Prodigies. They were super helpful and gave me a few options. They were able to order the “vintage” part as apple stated was not possible and replaced it in a few days. Very happy with the new screen and so glad I went to Computer Prodigies! Great customer service! Professional! Knowledgeable!!

Repair guy, Justin, was extremely personable, cordial, and knowledgeable. Had my laptop battery replaced and some wear and tear work done quickly and at a very reasonable rate. We communicated most of our transactions and interactions through texts which was really convenient and satisfactory for me since Im Gen Z and prefer text or messaging over unnecessary phone niceties. Would definitely recommend to everyone needing any kind of tech repair, especially locals. My laptop now looks brand new.

I shattered my iPhone 6S after dropping it. I went looking for a place with good reviews and result when I stumbled upon Computer Prodigies. They agreed to get my phone fixed within 45 minutes. I dropped it off at 6pm and it was ready by 6:35pm. I was called to pick it up the same day. The customer service was excellent and they were more than willing to answer all of my questions. The replaced screen costs included damage to LED, a screen protector and a 1 year warranty. Highly recommend!

Called in advance to ask for prices, the guy was clear and helpful, especially when I went in to the actual store. Came in for one problem and ended up fixing a couple more this guy knows what hes doing and he talks to customers as regular people which made the place way more welcoming in my opinion.

I came in expecting to have to leave and come back for my phone because I broke it but I waited for about 20 minutes and got my phone repaired really quick. The guy working there was professional and didnt charge me an eye out of my face he also gave me a glass shield for free. I would definitely recommend this place and they even accept card not just cash.

Brought in my iPhone XS MAX after it took a swim in the cooler over the weekend and the screen stopped working. I was so nervous the phone was done for, losing all my pictures I hadn’t backed up. Edited because business was responsive and tried to address my concerns.I went in for a keyboard repair for a laptop and a cleaning for an external keyboard.The laptop keyboard had some keys that werent working, they replaced the keyboard affordably and friendly and the work has been great, I havent had a problem since.The external keyboard I had spilled kombucha on it. I dried it out as quickly as I could. The keys still read but were a little sticky so I brought them in for a cleaning. They said my keyboard was too compact and they werent able to open it up but they suggested I spray isopropyl alcohol and clean it out myself. It worked wonderfully. They were willing to help me even if they werent making money off me.I would recommend this place

My husband took our iMac computer to get fixed. We tought it would be really expensive because the hard drive had to be changed. It was not. We have taken my daughters Ipad to get a new screen 2x also (cases dont stop our 4 yr old from breaking the screen). I came here because my toddler broke the back of my XR. I didn’t know about computer prodigies until a friend of mine recommended them. I had to leave my phone over night and to be honest, I was ok with that. Their tone of voice and professionalism made me feel like they’re going to take care of me. They did just that. There was a problem with my phones when I got it back BUT tech issues do happen. I called to let them know the problem and they took the phone back without hesitation and fixed the small tiny issue. They even kept me updated about my phone while they had it in their possession. All in all please go to them. I called other places and the other places vibe didn’t sit right with me the way computer prodigies did. It’s a family business and they make you feel like family too. I’m definitely coming back to get my iPad fixed due to my toddler again lol

I have used Computer Prodigies multiple times to fix broken iPhones, and I bought a refurbished Dell laptop from them. Their work has always been excellent. Things are done quickly. Their costs are reasonable. I have to drive for about an hour both ways to get to them, but it’s totally worth it!Update - a Microsoft update caused a glitch in the refurbished computer that I bought from Computer Prodigies a few years ago. I brought it in and they fixed the glitch for free!! Even though the glitch was not their fault. Such helpful people!! They also worked on the computer and did something that sped it up hugely.
