I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with computer planet. First, they stayed open for me when I was running late. Second, they fixed my laptop that was badly damaged from a coffee spill in a week, when all other places told us it would take weeks. Not only are their prices fair, they delivered my laptop to me at no charge since I didn’t have a car. I would highly recommend this place for your computer repairs.

I took my daughters laptop to get fixed because the swivel was broken. They replaced the back cover. When I got it, it looked horrible! Like a beginner fixed it the part was overlapping a little and was glued. He got the wrong part. Anyways the screen messed up so this time I take it to my dad because he gave it to us. He was so angry at the job they did he was mad at me for paying $120. He couldnt take the screen and bezel apart because they used a glue to stick it together. So now I had to get another back cover, wiring and what ever parts so the screen will work,a bezel, and a screen. I do not recommend this place at all. Another $270 I have to spend.

I walk into the computer repair shop and speak to one of the gentleman and explain my issue and he states they can assist me, the other person in the store says no at the same time but proceeds to get pliers(I assume because he heard yes from the other rep). He then proceeds to put the pliers to my $2500 computer as he has food in his mouth and I am holding it in my hand..... I state this is an expensive computer, would you like to try it while it is on a flat surface. He says we cant fix that and walks away. Needless to say I did not feel he was very professional.

They do good work but seems like it takes them longer than anticipated for the work to be done.

Came in after my work computer crashed on me and had a deadline, the guys at this store knew exactly what to do and were able to fix it quick. Parking is ample although needs to be marked that you could park there. A++

My friends kid spilled orange juice all over my Macbook Pro, but these guys were able to fix it fast and for MUCH less than at the Apple Store! Id trust them with any of my devices. Thanks so much!!!!

PC crashed on me and wouldnt even boot. Brought it in and, within a fairly short timeframe, had the problem diagnosed. Offered a cheap and easy fix, even waived a fee for a little extra service. Would recommend.

These people claim to sell new Samsung monitors but are not an authorized Samsung retailer therefore my monitor has NO WARRANTY! 2 months old, they want take it back because its over 30 days old and Samsung want warranty it because theyre not an authorized retailern

Like an idiot, I turned off my pc during an overnight update and it crashed. The pro, Joe Baravi, not only saved my computer but he was able to save my data as well. Now I know its easy to give a business 4-5 stars when everything comes up daisies for you, but even if he wasnt able to save my data - id still give the man 5 stars. Computer Planet provides a personal atmosphere and you wont be left scratching your head afterwards wondering what the heck you were just told. A+

Dropped off an iphone 6 and a macbook pro that both had broken screens, They were both replaced perfectly and for cheaper than other quotes I had received, They did a great job.
