I took in my HP touch laptop and it was damaged and I mean really banged up. I just wanted him to get it back on and running, the tech not only did just that but he went further and replaced the hardware to the exterior as well!!! Im so so pleased with the work!! And very timely!!!

I don’t usually write reviews but I need to this time. I went here on September 8th to get a quote on my computer. I was already in tears because i broke my computer. I asked the guy if he could fix it and without even looking at it and he said it would be 400 dollars at least. He would not even look at it! I went to another store and got it done for 225, computer working faster than before.

Wow same day service! My laptop wouldnt turn on and after looking at his reviews online I decided to take it in. He set the expectations and sure enough it was done that same day he even waited for me after hours since I was running a bit late. Reasonably priced and fast services. Usually geek squad takes weeks but Arturo set me straight right away. He also fixes iPhone screens and such.

So I was recommended to them by a friend for a mini ipad cracked screen, they did a great job and affordable, then I decided to take my computer because I was having some issues, they did a fantastic job left it like new and very affordable as fast services as well... highly recommend them... will be coming back.

Top notch customer care. I brought my laptop here two years ago to get a piece of glass put on. The glass started to get a little iffy and sliding so I just kept pushing it back on and ignored the issue for two whole years until the situation got ridiculous.

I moved from Salt Lake City to Chicago, and when I finally received my computer (shipped through UPS) it didnt boot because the power supply was done.I knew the power supply was toast because the machine wouldnt boot, or it would boot for roughly 2 seconds before shutting itself down again. After troubleshooting this machine with its manufacturer (DigitalStorm), they recommended that I take the machine somewhere local to have them further troubleshoot the machine. (Note: The DigitalStorm technicians theory was the power supply is toast and the graphics card is broken, too.)I took the machine in to compuXpress on a Saturday. The man I left the machine with charged me $25, as my device was custom built. (Note: This was a great and fair price versus the ~$100 I would have had to spend to get it to DigitalStorm). He told me that he wouldnt be able to start troubleshooting my machine until the following Monday (2 days later.)Lone and behold, I received a phone call on Monday from the technician and he told me that the power supply was toast and the graphics card was broken. Not only did he *TELL* me, but he sent me photos and a video of the inside of my machine, as well as proof that he was able to get the machine to boot and stay live.Id definitely give the business, compuXpress, a rating of 5/5 on customer service, price, and results. The process was quick, budget friendly, and the service was very kind. I even returned later on in person to thank them for their work.TL;DR: I definitely recommend this place as its budget friendly, the service is kind, and the turnaround process was quick (2 days for me.)

Was excited to go because he had pretty good reviews. All I wanted was to replace my keyboard and I had even come in with a new one ready to be installed. Upon opening the back he was really confused and said my windows ultra book is Mac designed internally. He admitted he had never worked with a ultra book like mine but said he has replaced Mac keyboards for like 300 dollars!?! Apple charges around 100 to replace keyboards. So I guess that was my estemate. He asked if I wanted I could leave it with him so he can research on it a bit and he could give me a better estamite, so I did. After an hour or so he gave me a call and said that he didnt find anything on the Internet or YouTube on how to replace it and that it looked like a lot of work so he wasnt going to do anything. I guess this guy basically can fix laptops as long as theres a tutorial on YouTube and it requires minimal effort. What bothers me the most is that not once did he apologize or seem sorry for not being able to replace my keyboard. Take your business elsewhere guys, he can talk mad game but cant deliver.
