Changed my hard drive in my laptop, which was great. However, once the change happened I lost some features. Brought it back in, they checked it out for an hour and said I dunno, maybe try Googling it Really? Really? And they took out my USB tab for my wireless mouse and I dont know where it is.
The service from the Geek Squad was great. The young man explained what had to be done and he was efficient. I would return anytime.
The absolute worst experience. Drivers attempted delivery of a dryer,began dismantling my old dryer. One driver stated railings needed to be removed before I knew the driver left without installing dryer. I have been on the phone since 11:20 am it is now 8:05 pm. I have been transferred, on hold, interacted with Best Buy representatives who know nothing but how to transfer a call no response from GEEK squad and regarding their horrible unprofessional driversI now have a gaping hole in the wall and my old dryer in the center of the floor. I will never use BESTBuy or GEEK SQUAD again. The representatives chosen by both establishments are horrible, crude and unprofessional.
Came in for battery replacement on galaxy 10e, and was told they didnt necessarily carry batteries and i should go elsewhwere.

Oustanding! My video card fan was making a very loud noise and I just didnt have time to replace it myself. I called Next IT and brought it in for a replacement. They had it ready for me the same day and its a quiet as a mouse again! Thank you to Tim and Bart who took care if it!
I go to this location often since it is the closest to home. Everyone is very friendly, I am always greeted at the door, and the store associates check on me regularly while I shop. Always a pleasure to shop here.
This is absolutely the worst store you could possibly shop at. It took 5 consecutive trips to this location to get my phone from these people. Even on the fifth day they told me I had to come back the next day! Only after making a scene, one of the store managers took pitty on me and gave me my phone that I had paid for a week prior. Incompetence rules this store. You have been warned!
I have been on hold for 31 minutes to get a simple question answered regarding my cell phone coverage. I kept getting bounced back and forth from one person to another
Would give 0 stars if I could. Sent in my laptop to have screen replaced, and when the computer came back - it wouldnt stay on. Went back in to send the computer back and they replaced the hard drive - with one half the size of my original drive. Called about it and the person on the phone lacked basic knowledge of computers. Whole ordeal has taken 2 months so far.
Worst service I have ever received in my whole life, and I am over 100 years old...
