My system was just currupted when the PS4 released that bogus update and theyadd me pay 50 bucks just to reset my PS4 which I coulda did myself if they woulda just told me ... Went in looking to get my PlayStation 3 cleaned and I honestly have to admit, I was a bit worried considering they kept it over night, but, all of my concerns were diminished when I came in the next day to pick it up, took it home and couldnt believe how well it worked! In fact I completely forgot how quiet it is supposed to be. I cant recommend this places work enough. Ill definitely be coming back in the future. Professional and discreet to the highest degree.

These guys are legit,took my boyfriends ps4 in when it starting shutting down from overheating issues,game was overfilled with dust,loud as hell and i dont know how it didnt blow,read g7s reviews and was impressed but was further impressed by the good customer service from all staff and great work,took them maybe 3 hours,game working like new and noise is gone,G7 got a customer for life. So I had a problem with my PS4 and I bring it in to the store and they were helpful to help me out so I got my HDMI port fixed and then after that there was also another problem with the system but The store engineer or supervisor his name is Henry was very helpful and respectful and understanding throughout this process we went back-and-forth between the PlayStation being with me and the PlayStation being at the store and after about a couple weeks of the problem not getting resolved Henry offered a solution so then that problem was fixed and I was satisfied as a customer and I’ve been going here for the past couple years now and every time they’re on point and they get the job done we just had a simple misunderstanding and we well I should say he fix that and it truly shows that Henry was About his customers satisfaction but not only that also they tried every option they could to not only fix the system but satisfy the customer. I will be back the next time I need a repair and will offer this to friends in need of electronic repairs. Thanks G7 electronics for understanding and helping the customer but also trying all possibilities to fix my content.

This place is great i brought them my kids ipad and 2 laptops 💻 that where not working well they took care of everything in a professional and timely matter plus there pricing is also really good compared to other electronic stores. One of the laptops was still not working well after different issue. So I took it back and they took care of it free of charge same day that was awsome. I called a couple other places prior to this to have them actually recommend this store.I had a crack in the back of the phone which I had no idea how that happened. I came in and met with Marvin as I talked with him earlier and showed him my phone. He was able to find a replacement online and put an order in right away upon my agreement to have it purchased. He said he would let me know when it arrives so that I could bring my phone in then for the repair. It happened as he said and it was fixed within 30 minutes like brand new! It was amazing. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would certainly recommend.

Called before I went there to see if they could fix my tablet. They said they could and that it would be fixed in 3 to 5 business days. 2 weeks and still havent got my tablet fixed. They even tried to give me the tracking number of the part so I can see that its not them but the delivery issue of part. How can they have a tracking number of the part if its is still with the people who theyre getting it from? Take your business elsewhere!!!!

My laptop stopped functioning because the cool fan was no longer working. I brought it to them and they called me letting me their plan and cost and I agreed. They fixed it and even and even added some special features to it. I wouldve given them 5 stars but they took some time. I think they had my laptop for 2 months. Luckily, I was out of town for most of that time so didnt bother me. They even gave me a discount and they are nice people. Will definitely go to them again and recommend them to others

Playstation was overheating and would turn off on its own. I looked around to see where I would find a good place to repair it that wouldn’t overcharge me. Came across G7 and took it in immediately. Only charged me $80 (they fixed the issue and cleaned out the entire system) and it was done in a matter of hours! Needless to say I will continue going to them for any electronic issues I may have and will always recommend this place to people.

Went in 4 a cracked screen, and a power button issue. Was greeted very politely. It was already late in the day and they would need to keep the phone over night so they left me with a loaner phone without even asking for one. .... very dedicated people!

Friendly staff and seemed confident in their services. I brought in an ancient (okay, 11 year-old laptop with Windows Vista still installed on it...) after an update I ran the night before tripped up my entire computer. After my Google searches and YouTube videos didnt help me solve my issue, I caved and took my laptop to G7 since its near where I live and highly rated on Google. They called me with updates on the process, and long story short, my laptop is now running Windows 7 (which I was already familiar with as well as other operating systems) and running better than ever. Thanks! I also plan on bringing in my bent yet functional iPad 2 for them to look over in the future (it was squished by my St Bernard a few years ago, if you can believe it!).

Went to get my iPhone 6S Repaired. 1. The place smells really bad and inside it looks like someone lives there. 2. After bringing my phone there to repair my home button was working fine and then when the brought it back to me it says the touch doesnt work. I asked them why they said to reset it and I did that. Still doesnt work. I went to apple and apple told me that they had broken something inside of the phone and if I wanted my sensor to work then I need new Phone. YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.!

This company is a sham. The techs(???) have no clue to what made my desktop inoperable. First, I was informed that it was my motherboard(that it would take a week to ten days for the required match to my system). There was never any type of communication between me or them. When I needed a question answered or wished to know the status of my desktop I had to return( the count of times was five---this in a span of three weeks) myself to seek information. When I was told that my unit would be ready after the three week wait, I arrived to be told that my hard drive was at fault ( in conjunction of the motherboard). After asking how long this would be, again, informed three additional days. I agreed but told them that the day they said my unit was to be ready I could not linger longer than noon to make my previously made appointment. I arrive on the designated day at ten oclock in the morning to find that my unit was not ready as promised. In fact, I was told that the hard drive would not fit(wrong size that was shipped from their other location). I informed them that they could try to remedy the situation but I had to leave promptly by noon. When noon arrived, I demanded to know what was the problem( received no legitimate reply...but told the tech wanted to continue working). By this time (after the three week wait of runaround and their lack of expertise) I demanded, again, to remove all their new parts, to put the unit back to previous condition(broken) and allow me to leave. All members of the crew there(of which there were three) ignored me. With noon slipping away and my chance of making my appointment shrinking, I, for the third time, demanded my unit be given to me. Half hour later, I received my original desktop as it was brought in and left, thinking why did I allow these incompetent people to even touch my desktop. To end this comment, I found another computer repair place who told me it was nothing but a minor glitch in my unit( instead of a motherboard and hard drive as G7 told me). The repair to full serviceability to my desktop took only two days( one -diagnostics, two-repair). The fee that G7 wanted was one hundred and twenty dollars( compared to ninety at the other place), the tech at the other place was very professional, very amicable and far more versed in computer electronics than G7. If I could go lower than one star I would since G7 is below minus five or worse in every aspect of their business knowledge and customer service.

Took ps4 in for a cleaning they also replaced the thermal paste and honestly havent had any overheating issues yet. Took less then 1 day to get it back will keep updating as time goes by. Also very friendly staff and best bang for the buck

Wow the little short guy should work on his customer service.. Called Friday said they were busy and to bring it Monday and could do it while I wait... I get there, not only did they say a day, but not even the same day. On a 15m job that I took to another store. Dont tell people 1 thing and do another. I would have just gone somewhere else instead of waiting. Also he said he doesnt care about bad reviews and removes them!

I went there to get my PS3 fixed and the guy fixed it quickly.He also didnt charged me as much for the fix. Prices are very low for many of the products he said he can do. The only thing is that the place is a little hidden but its right across from the little plaza on Narragansett and Irving Park. I highly recommend it because he also give warranty on all the fixes and because of the low prices.

Marvin was very nice both my digitizer and Screen were all cracked and they fixed that at a decent rate. They did a great job for $50 less than most places were charging and they had the replacement part in stock while other repair shops asked to keep my phone two to three days.
