Excellent service!!!My keyboard stopped working on my laptop. I contacted Konect Tech and Nirav worked with me to set up a convenient time and date for me the next day. He quoted me a good price for possibly replacing the keyboard and said he would run diagnostics and clean and check all connections. When he did the evaluation He discovered the way my particular computer was configured, it may or may not be possible to replace the keyboard as it was actually attached to the board beneath. He explained everything to me and was very honest about options including going through the manufacturer if he did not feel he could replace the keyboard. He gave me my computer back as he was going to look further into all costs and the feasibility of repair. In the meantime, when I restarted my computer after he cleaned and re-sat the cables, my computer was working perfectly fine. I cant imagine finding a better expert or a more honest person than Nirav to help you resolve your computer issue. It is so refreshing to find a wonderful brilliant computer expert like Nirav. I cant thank Nirav enough for his quick repair. I highly recommend Konect Tech Computer Repair!

I was having various hard drive issues with my MacBook and did not want to spend a lot of money at Best Buy or Apple so I decided to go here. The owner was very professional and gave me a very good rate. He contacted me throughout the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He finished the job in 3 hours and I was able to get the laptop the next day. I would highly suggest!

I had given Nirav my old desktop from back when I used Limewire and he had cleaned the computer from all the viruses. Wow, great service. Came here for what I thought was a simple fix. My computer is ancient and I thought I just needed a simple defrag or something and would rather pay someone else to fix than deal with the headache. Told the rep, Nirav, what the problem was and agreed upon a price ahead of time. Turns out there were numerous other issues going on. Not only did Nirav defrag but went the extra mile to correct the actual problems. He even stuck to the original price even though the work took more than double what I thought it would. Needless to say, I am more than happy with the work. Even brought a 6er by to say thanks but he made me bring 4 home with me (we both enjoyed one while he explained to me what went wrong and how to avoid in the future). Thanks Nirav!
