I just had a video editing PC built here and I highly recommend using this business to help with your computer needs. I bought all of my parts online and brought them in for the team to build, though I know they offer a service where they will basically research and build your PC as well. I worked with Sorin who was super knowledgeable about everything and gave me a lot of attention over the phone, which was nice. To be honest thats the entire reason I went with them. I was prepared to look elsewhere but from the first phone call they were super nice and were happy to answer all of my questions. There is definitely a reason they have so many positive reviews.Objectively I found their prices to be more than fair and my turnaround time was only 2 days (though I am sure that depends based on volume).

Im so grateful to have found this business! My desktop MAC was running so slowly and making it impossible to work. I tried diagnosing on my own and was so frustrated that I was ready to just toss it and buy a new one. Everyone I spoke to told me the lifespan of a MAC was not built to last very long and I should just make the new purchase. I decided to not be so impulsive (besides who has 2 grand to drop every time a MAC acts up) so I went to PRO since it was close to my house and the YELP reviews seemed pretty great. I appreciated that the company took time to respond to every comment (positive and negative). Soren was SO helpful and not only saved my MAC but made it run faster and gave me more space on the hard-drive. He also took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand and gave me many options as to what I could do. Well that went so well that I brought my godsons laptop in when it totally collapsed. Its a razor which is a really good laptop and my godson needed it to last longer for college. Sure enough Soren walked me through a lot of options which resulted in me getting the laptop back with more storage space and running like new. I am so relieved to have found this business. We were very excited to find PRO online, as they seemed to be just what we were looking for. However, we quickly learned that they would set up accounts incorrectly and then charge to fix the errors they made. Then, they decided to increase our rates 3x what we agreed to. Of course, this was not feasible for a small company so we determined an exit strategy. Once again, they were only willing to help if we paid fees well beyond our company budget - as they knew. This company will extort you and not provide the promised results. Please be warned!

I went to PRO Technology Professionals for data recovery on a hard drive that crashed suddenly. Sorin and his team determined that my drive was physically damaged, and while that greatly complicated the recovery process, they were still able to recover EVERYTHING! Sorin was a pleasure to work with, very friendly, honest, transparent and kept me informed on the status of my recovery project from start to finish. These people are fantastic. My iMac hard drive failed and the Geek Squad declined to replace it and told me that data could not be recovered on site. PRO replaced the drive with an upgrade and recovered the data quickly. I could not be more pleased with the service and cost.

Brought my blue HP laptop in for repair since it had water damage. Upon inspection, I was told that I had to have the entire keyboard and trackpad replaced. After a week, I picked up the laptop and it was running smoothly until one of the keys had popped off a few days later. I called the store and explained the issue and was told that it would be covered under warranty! However, when I brought my laptop into the store to have them look at it, I was told that it was not covered. I was told that the company where they got the keyboard from would think that I went home and just immediately pulled off the keys. That was a very ridiculous thing to hear! The only solution I was given is that they glued the key to its slot. I feel swindled out of $235!

Awesome service! Pro was friendly, affordable and very fast. They got my old Mac up and running in about a day or so, and the charge was very reasonable (compared to say... the apple store, who most likely wouldve charged up to 1k or just told me to get a new Mac) they also kept me in the loop, calling to give updates, and options, and keeping price very transparent! I stopped by because I needed a power cord for my desktop which I brought in my car just in case. They gave me a universal cord to try. Went back inside my car and desktop, it fit, returned with it to ask how much I owe. They said, no charge, its yours. Now that is customer service people, no paperwork, nothing. I will recommend these guys and also return if I have other issues.

Ive been to PRO a couple of times. A couple of years ago, my hard drive died. I brought a spare one with me to replace it with. Pro installed it for $100.I recently had problems with my laptop touchpad not working right. I brought it in to see if they could find a quick fix. Laura helped me right away and got most of my touchpad features working again within 30 minutes, all the while taking the time to explain what went astray with my drivers. My laptop had a bad DC jack and would not charge. After researching several local repair shops online, I settled on PRO Computers because Jake was the friendliest and most customer service oriented out of the places I called. I was 99% sure on the issue, but PRO Computers said they would still need to run a diagnostic test, which was credited to the final bill. I dropped off on a Friday morning and it was ready on Thursday. A little longer than I expected considering the part was available at the shop, but overall very satisfied with the result and would recommend.

These guys turned my laptop into a new machine, I swear. The Apple Store acted like I was out of every possible option and that I might as well scrap my machine. Well I hung on to it for a year, brought it here and they replaced the Retina Display and must have really cleaned her well because it runs better than my 27 5k iMac I bought as a replacement. These guys work efficiently and punctual as all get out.

Nick was great and well received. I brought in my work computer which had very sensitive files and they really took care in repairing it properly. Though they are 50 blocks away from my office I will only take my computer to them. Worth the drive.

I cracked the LCD screen on my laptop and needed it replaced. The first repair shop I called quoted me at $225. PRO did it for less than $140 in total. They also were able to replace it in less than 24 hours. Im incredibly lazy and rarely write reviews, but these guys were really awesome.

When my computer was damaged due to a liquid spill, they got to work quickly and kept me apprised of the progress. This is truly a hands on one stop shop for PCs and all kinds of computer electronics. I am so happy that I can now avoid the big box stores that will send it out and get it back sometime later for a huge fee. My PC was not top of the line but the techs spent time with me explaining what was wrong, fixed the problem within a couple days, checked for viruses and installed several free programs. I cannot rate these guys highly enough. I brought a mysteriously non-functioning table-top custom built PC to PRO to diagnose what was wrong. I had previously sent the machine back to the manufacturer TWICE and they had failed to properly diagnose or fix the problem. Stephan replaced every single component in the box to isolate what was going on. Finally we found that there was an issue with the case, something the manufacturer itself had completely missed. He replaced every component in a new case and my new machine works perfectly now. When it came to paying the bill, he wanted to charge me such an absurdly low fee that I actually had to demand that he add some cash to the bill so I wouldnt feel like I was cheating the shop. Seriously, if you have ANY problems whatsoever with your tech, take it here. The people are knowledgeable, extremely courteous, timely, and affordable. The motherboard in my computer went bad and I figured it would end up being a few hundred dollars. These guys tried to fix it, and even when that wasnt possible, it ended up only being a couple hundred. This is the first time in my life Ive gotten a computer repaired where I havent felt gouged or taken advantage of - these guys are straightforward and do what they say theyll do. Highly recommended.

They fixed my computer and there was a misunderstanding with pricing. The owner worked hard to fix the problem and was very apologetic and responsive. I appreciated the work, but the service was what will be bringing me back.

Id been putting off replacing the keyboard on my MacBook pro (after an unfortunate wine spill) for months, thinking it would cost about half a months rent (plus the added inconvenience of going without a computer for a few days). I took it to PRO on Monday morning, was called with an estimate within two hours, and had it back in my hands by the end of the day, having paid far, far less than Id anticipated. Fast, courteous service, and my computer is like new!

PRO Computers is a solid business which is prompt and capable. I have an ASUS G35S which had a broken DC jack which they were able to diagnose and repair quickly. It did take them about 7 business days to repair, as opposed to the 3-5 after diagnosis which they had estimated, but this was because the part ordered was behind schedule. Overall I would use their services again.

Great save by PRO today. Clients incoming emails were all getting server errors due to some unannounced re-routing by the domain host starting on a Friday. Pro noticed on the weekend and had it fixed with Office 365 by mid-day Monday.

Why have a contact form for people to fill out if no one is checking the inbox? We first used Florian and his crew when our computer got hit with the Crypto Virus. The files on the computer were encrypted and unless we paid a hefty ransom we would never recover the files. Luckily, we had Pro down the block. I took in the affected CPU and within two days they managed to recover most of encrypted files for a very reasonable price.They are now our go-to tech guys! This is the new service center of the company, just opened! It is completely different from the usual overcrowded, dusty, tiny computer repair shops: it seems to be inside a department of the new Microsoft building. Very professional and organized. And large!But the one to one dedicated service is the same old one.I arrived on my set appointment and no waiting time; I was immediately serviced by a professional technician who worked on my issues for 2 hours until everything was fine.Quick service, efficient and also the bill was very reasonable.In addition, two days later the cable of my notebook suddenly broke, I needed my notebook for an important presentation and I couldnt wait the 2 days rush (and expensive) delivery from Lenovo; I called Procomputer, went in one of they offices and they gave me one used cable they had in stock right away, and for free.I dont know if you could have the same special treatment, but for sure they do their best to help you to run your business.Excellent!
