My 2015 MacBook Pro wasnt holding a charge so I wanted to get the battery replaced. I called Geeks. They asked me about my problem and then told me that my MacBook has a battery recall in which I can get the battery replaced for free by Apple. WOW, fantastic service. They didnt have to tell me this. They could have just replaced my battery and taken my money but they were honest and saved me $200. I will definitely come back if I have a problem.

I called to verify their hours, and a rude man informed me it is not open 24/7 like it says on google, but only open by appointment. When I told the man that google says something else he asked me what I wanted to do. I said make an appointment and the small man on the phone hung up on me, and no longer picked up the phone. Terrible customer service to Someone who was civil and polite. A shame I’ll have to take my business elsewhere and recommend that my friends and family do the same.
