I brought my phone here to be repaired after I dropped it and broke the screen. It took a few days for them to order and get me a new screen but once they had it, they repaired my phone very quickly. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.

Took my S20 in to replace the screen and back glass. I was happy with the replacements initially, but the next day I noticed a small black dot on the screen. It grew bigger and now has a white line coming from it. There is no way anything I did that would have caused this, but they insisted it was pressure I put on it. After putting 400 into the repairs, I have to put another 220 into replacing the screen I just got replaced. I was better off getting a new phone

I came in after I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus in barely working condition. The screen was going out and dark with lines on it, I couldn’t even use Siri. I came here and he fixed it in 20 minutes. It was affordable. It was so fast i was so surprised. My phone looks new and works perfectly. He was really nice and helpful and made it a very pleasant experience.

I broke the glass on my iPhone 8. I went to cell n comp to have the glass replaced. When we were examining the phone together, they pointed out that the rear glass was slightly chipped too. I hadn’t even noticed. they gave me the option of replacing it also. Their work was excellent and the pricing was good ( I was offered a discount for replacing both the front and back glass). I highly recommend this store.

Called on the phone 10:52 AM Saturday morning for an estimate of my laptop that wont turn on. Someone answered and say drop it off and we will let you know tomorrow. I arrive to the place 5 minutes later. The employee there tell me two hours. I come back after 2 hours they tell me it is not ready then the guy that seems the manager started talking very rude saying I told you tomorrow. Then why your employee tell me two hours !!! I do not know who I talked with on the phone!! Then refuse to tell me what was wrong with it after having the laptop for almost 3 hours!!! terrible experience.Reply to the owner. Since Google do not allow reviews replies. Since your employee told me 2 hours. And the fact that I do not know who I talked to over the phone then the problem is on you and your employee. You have to respect people time. I cant be told over the phone something then when I arrive I am told something else. Since your employee told me 2-3 hours you should have honored that. Instead you start yelling at me and waving with your hand in a rude way. I understand that the estimate is free. But this do not under any circumstances allow you to waste my time. I also showed up 1 time only after almost 2 hours. Your employee told me come in an hour it is not ready yet. So I did and this was the first time I way you. Then you started yelling and acting very aggressive though your employee created this situation.

Took my iPad to there to replace my broken glass screen. It was a little issue when I first pick it up. i left my iPad there for correction. When it was ready I was contacted by the store. I was very happy when i got it back. They were very professional and make sure I was satisfy before I left. Keep up the good work.

Do not bring your laptop here unless you are willing to pick it up more broken than when you bring it in.I brought my laptop in for a simple screen replacement. After 2 weeks of this business having my laptop NOTHING was fixed. I was out of town in an area that did not have good cell phone reception and apparently it is this business policy to not leave voice mail, so if you dont have service you will never know that they called.Well since nothing had been fixed for 2 weeks I decided to pick up my laptop and replace the screen myself, which I did in about 30 minutes, however upon getting my laptop home I discovered that this business broke pieces off of my center control cover, pieces that hold the screen properly in place, and now my laptop screen will not attach correctly to the base (see attached photos). This may be something that cannot be fixed.On top of all this, when I went to pick my laptop up the man behind the counter tried to give me laptop chargers that were NOT mine (Im sure they belong to other customers). After about 20 minutes he finally found my charger.This place also has terrible customer service. While I was waiting to pickup my laptop I witnessed the same man behind the counter yell at a customer and tell her to shut up and pay him the money, because she was confused about all of the charges on her bill.Stay away from this place, they did way more damage to my laptop than they did to fix it.

There is a diagnostic fee that they dont tell you about in person and cannot be found on the website, so ill tell you myself. I dont know if it varies by what the repair is but its $40 to diagnose that you need a new computer screen. Not sure how the repair would have gone because I took my business elsewhere, but dont come here unless youre sure you want them to fix it I guess
