The technician was absolutely fantastic! He was right on time and is a very good communicator, polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and conscientious. He took pictures of everything he did and explained everything thoroughly. The price was very reasonable. I can’t give a high enough rating to Excel. From the office personnel to the technician, our experience was exceptional. We will use them for all our heating and air conditioning needs from this point forward.

The tech was amazing! He diagnosed, isolated and fixed the problem with my AC unit, all the while educating and answering all my questions patiently and happily! He found a great use for the discarded capacitor. He charged a very fair price. We are happy to have some cool air again. I will be glad to refer DR Heating & Cooling to everyone I know.

From the very beginning they have been easy to work with and very knowledgeable about what our house needed in order to keep us comfortable. Over the past year we’ve had a couple of routine maintenance appointments as well as some warranty work and techs have both always been great to work with. DR Heating & Cooling replaced my air handler. I called within a hour they gave me a quote and a great deal. The salesman scheduled next day installment. The install crew came out earlier than 9am. During the day, there was a tornado warning and pouring rain, but they worked through it. Also, they cleaned up after they were finished. Very timely response during one of the hottest days in this early summer. The owner was able to send 2 technicians out within 2 hours. They troubleshot my AC and repaired it same day in a timely manner. They had the parts on hand instead of waiting to order them. Very affordable, took there time and explained what is going. After a consultation with the serviceman and his supervisor it was determined that the best option was a new furnace. They were able to install a new heating system today. I have been using DR Heating & Coolingg for several years for routine maintenance. The technicians have always been helpful explaining anything that might be going on with my system. I appreciated my recent visit from Sean who did an awesome job tuning up my A/C. He recognized a part that had become worn, which could have lead to more expensive repairs. He was able to replace the worn part immediately and check for other potential issues. I also appreciated the care he exercised by covering his shoes each and every time he entered the house.

Our AC unit went down and within a couple of hours Sean came out and identified the problem straight away, which was the capacitor, and charged us a very reasonable price for the service.
