My packages where left here by UPS, when I got this location the package looked to be tampered with, when I mentioned it to the owner he said “don’t you have insurance” I said who, puts insurance on soap. Needless to say I was missing items out of my package. He said UPS delivered it that way, I asked him, why would you accept a package that has been tampered with, now it looks as you are a thief. The owner was totally unhelpful. I would advise anyone to go here !!!

Still have the same issue out of 150. Now he wants me to pay 175 resolve the issue that should have been corrected the first time. Stop being slick and hustling our people. If you dont know how to fix it just say that Sir!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO HIM HE DONT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!!!I took my PC to find out what the problem was and was told on phone it would be $25 to check. Was told would hear from him in a few hours by never called back. I called the next day and he still didnt know what was wrong with my PC and started to guess the problem. After I made suggestions it was still another day before he thinks the problem is my motherboard and tried to charge me more than the agreed $25. He guesses the problem is the motherboard but he is not sure.

I took my laptop to this business because it would not turn on and learned that it needed a power jack. That was repaired. However, when I got my computer back, none of the USB ports worked. All three of them worked before I took my laptop in for repair.I called the owner to notify him that they werent working and he told me that he could replace the one on the right side for $75. He did not offer to repair the problem. I took my laptop back to him a week later. He plugged a mouse into the right USB port as if he was attempting to help me and repeated that he could repair it for $75.I commend him for repairing my power drive because my laptop turns on now. However, I give him thumbs down for not attempting to repair my USB ports and then charging me to replace the ports. That was not a good experience.
