Been going here for 4 years, never had any issue with them. Always good work and always on time. They even have dog treats ready if you have your dog with you.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve have experienced in this Taylor shop . I’ve recently came in with my daughters graduation gowns to have it ironed and I received it back damaged . When I try talking to staff about the issue the man that attended me denied it had anything to do with them and tried saying it was the company’s fault that made the gown . Me as a mother I checked the gown before I had taken it to the Taylor shop just to make sure it was in perfect condición and size for my daughter so I clearly know that it wasn’t damaged . I tried explaining this to the man in charge at this time and he rudely kept claiming it wasn’t there fault . At the end I left with a Damaged Gown for my daughters important graduation Date . I will not be going back to this place after this incident and I would totally not recommend this place . Poor service and bad attention to their customers and customers clothing fromMy experience .

I have lived here for 10 years and have tried every cleaners near me and finally found one that provides a level of quality not found in the others. They will review your laundry and recommend spot cleaning when needed. They replace buttons as needed if standard. They also have someone in weekly that can provide tailoring. And they are very friendly. Been going for a couple years and no longer need to search. Thank you!

Would give 0 stars. Got a hole in my sweater sewn up here and they glued a patch over the top of it completely ruining the sweater. The patch wasn’t even the same color.

Awesome. Three-piece suit and a vest cleaned and pressed overnight, and they refused to charge me extra. They actually went over the jacket twice to make sure a really stubborn spot was removed.On previous visits, owner suggested alternative, at-home cleaning methods to save me money (Much appreciated!)

The people here are so nice and honest. I need to sew my jeans and fix my baggy slacks for work but they were honest and said it just wasnt possible to fix my baggy slacks, I loved them for being honest. They fix my jeans and they did GREAT! I would good there again and again for anything like cleaning and sewing of things.

This is my go-to place for all of my dry cleaning needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and does a great job with my clothes. Whether the fabric is delicate (silks) to my wool trousers, everything is handled with care and comes back in great condition. Ive also had a fair amount of alterations done here, with a very great outcome. I had a rather large bridesmaids dress that was altered down to my size skillfully and efficiently. Virgina is their seamstress, so please make sure to ask for her specifically for your needs. They also have a frequent user card in which you get $5 off after spending the amount on the punch card. Its not much, but every little bit helps.

This place has been around since I was a little girl. Im in my 30s.They are the go to place up north for dry cleaning and tailoring. I think their longevity as a business shows that!

My clothes looked great and were well pressed. I wish they were a little faster on the turn around but the price makes up for it.

My boyfriend just got back his dress shirt that he brought in to be altered. Instead of taking the shirt in from the sides, monitor made two new seams on the back of the shirt, and those new seams are uneven and puckered.They did a nice job with his suit jacket and pants but the shirt looks terrible from the back. Totally screwed up.
