We just brought my neices prom dress from here! And I expect for her to Stop The Show at prom. There were many beautiful, gorgeous dresses in the store, but this one on her was breath-taking! Jenette was super helpful in picking out and looking at all the great dresses! I will definitely come back for my daughters proms.

Oh my God Ive been looking for a dress pants suit for my birthday I dont know how many boutiques I done went in and tried on clothes but somebody told me about this Boutique and I stopped and I got my party skirt thank you Jesus Ill be back again yes indeed

They will keep your money and still sell they dress saying they have lost money ordering you the dress a blatant lie, I even offer to just take a top the was $220 less than what I put down for the dress and the owner Sam still refused then told me he would give me the shirt for $40.00. I will never shop there again and I will not be letting this go.

My daughter found a dress that she loved for prom on the website. The salespeople were very helpful. Her dress was ordered and delivered in a timely manner. We were both very satisfied and she looked amazing.

Rude. Not saying they’re prejudice but when the Hispanic mother wanted to blatantly take pictures of her daughter’s dress (pictures aren’t allowed.........supposedly) and help her daughter put it on, the mother was allowed to do so. However, when the black mother pulled out her phone she was instantly told to put her phone away and every time she wanted to help her daughter, the woman jumped in and said “I got it.” Pretty sketchy🥴 They don’t even deserve one star.

Shut out to La Chic Boutiques on making my daughter Prom successful. Her dress was custom fitted on time just liked Picture she provided to them. The Complements she received was priceless. Thanks again To the seamstresssnd and the team of La Chic Boutiques.

Very friendly people who worked very well with me to understand a dress that I loved and looked good on me! In my time there I tried on, minimum, 5 dresses of different shapes colors and styles. Very affordable dress and very pleasant experience. They worked with me after to find accessories that I would love!

It was a really bad experience, I need a custom made dress for my daughter, I went in March and must be ready by Sept 15th, 6 months to make a really simple dress and when we tried the first time was a total disaster. Im really upset and mad. A very unprofessional place. I totally DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Wow, terrible customer service. Brand new customer. Called to check availability of dresses, and very rude workers answered the phones and kept asking me to call back (they were with customers and were too busy to check). Hello?! Im a customer! Or would have been. Not anymore, thanks. Ridiculous.

I really didnt want to even give this store this one little star. The sales lady was so rude we asked to try on a dress, she told me I needed a thousand dollar budget for this dress and walked away.So RUDE!!! We walked away too.

They basically told my girlfriend she could not get her money back after putting money down on a dress. I would not recommend this place to any other prom shoppers. The service sucks and they do not like to help you. Also they basically charge my girlfriend for putting on the dress. She put down on a dress and they never notified her about their policy on refunds. She wanted a refund because none of the dresses were her size and she did not like the dress that she put money down on. They dont even care about how close prom is and they still took every damn penny my girlfriend put on that dress. My girlfriend and I will never go there again. She CANT even want to go and prom because they ruined it AND TOOK ALL HER MONEY. The dresses arent worth it. Most of the dresses are 500-800 but theyre made with the material of a 50 dollar dress. NOTE: IF YOURE A PLUS SIZE FEMALE DO NOT COME HERE. EVEN IF U LIKE A DRESS AND THEY SUGGEST THAT YOU ORDER IN YOUR SIZE YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ORDER. AND IF YOU DONT LIKE THE DRESS ON YOU THEY STILL MAKE U PAY. PLEASE DO NOT!!! DO NOT !!! DO NOT !! COME HERE. MY GIRLFRIEND IS STILL CRYING FROM THE EXPERIENCE. I feel so bad because they took all of my grandaughters money. She put money on a dress and they took it. THIS STORE IS A SCANDAL. THEY ARE VERY DECEIVING ESPECIALLY ERICA (the black woman who works there) My granddaughter cant go on prom because TRES CHIC TOOK ALMOST A THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM HER FOR THEIR CHEAP DRESSES. Im very heartbroken that these people did that to my baby. Prom is expensive but these people only care about making their business greater. I WILL NOT STAND FOR IT. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRINCESS TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH MONEY LOSS AND SADNESS. THIS MAKES NO SENSE
