The manager was very rude, disrespectful,and did a half-job at tailoring my clothes.Which threw me because in the past he was great at his jobI came into the shop asking to have 3 overall shorts altered,gave him the fabric he needed to do the job,I informed him that I needed them done would by 2 weeks time.I explained to him that I had a deadline near the end of the next monthbut I made sure to come in a few weeks earlybefore the start of that month - I told him that I needed the garments ready,At first I was like if thats too much please let me know but he saidwith the materials that he could do it within that time.Of course during this time I checked on the processhe told me it would be ready, and that he was working on them.It took a whole month - near the deadline I came inand I even offered to pay extra hoping that wouldhelp sweeten the deal as I needed these shorts done at a timely matter.He gave me attitude, cursed at me, and shown me disrespect..I still paid him the new amount because I was a man of my word,but I did not deserve the disrespect as a paying customer.If the job was too much for him he could have said noI would have understood. He told me that he couldperform the services in 2 weeks time, and it took a month.Im never coming back to that shop again.

I had the pleasure of working with Marco. My wedding is August 27th and came in to make LAST MINUTE alterations to my wedding gown August 25th. He was calm and collected when I told him how quickly I needed it to be done. I appreciate him so much I will be going to him for any alterations I need for anything else in the future. My wedding gown fits perfect. I’ll post photos of my wedding gown after the wedding. Also, the wedding gown is almost $3,000 so you can trust him with an expensive gown of any kind

I came to see Marco because I had purchased some fabric overseas during pre-pandemic travels, and I wanted it to be turned into throw pillow cases for a gift for my mom. I had delayed finding a tailor for a long time, because I was so nervous about it being done well, and there wouldn’t have been any way to get more fabric if it didn’t work out. Marco met and far exceeded all of my expectations.The fabrics were difficult to work with — one very delicate, and one hand-beaded. He later told me that he had needed to add a layer of interfacing to ensure that the final pillow cases would be sturdy enough. I had also wanted to get as much of the beaded fabric as possible on one side of the pillow, and he found a way to do that without creating awkward seams or patches — something I had thought would be impossible — and came up with an idea to layer the fabric for a gorgeous effect on one side of the pillows. To ensure that none of the beads would break, he had to HAND SEW the front and back together. He also used invisible zippers and hid it further under some of the fabric lace. The hours that he put into this were clear from the final product. Marco takes immense pride in his work and is incredibly skilled.I came in a few weeks before Christmas and told him that I was hoping to give them to my mom for Christmas. Of course, I would have understood if this couldn’t be done, and he had many other orders at the time. However, it was so important to him that I be able to give these to her for the holiday that he made it happen and I was able to pick them up the day before I went to see her. It was so kind of him to care this much!When I went in to pick them up, he also helped me remove a small stain from the fabric that had been there when I’d purchased it. I had thought that would never come out!He truly went above and beyond what I would have expected, the cost was more than fair for his impressive skill and attention to detail. As if all of that wasn’t enough, he was an extremely kind person, and I greatly enjoyed talking with him while I was there.My mom absolutely LOVED the gift and hearing about my experience with Marco, and I’m so excited to have found a tailor!

Marco is always nice and he also does amazing work. I trust him with my clothes, specially when I am always last minute and he manages to get me everything done! I recommend him!

I had an out of town tailoring emergency. The staff was very friendly and accomidating. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Did a great job altering a gown for an upcoming event, altered areas I never would have thought of and the dress fits like a dream! The owners are so sweet, will definitely be bringing my other items that need alterations to them.

I had a jacket and two pairs of pants that needed some alterations I couldnt be happier with the touches of this designer . Marco put his experience to work and made the best out of it .I highly recommend Marco, he is well seasoned and a master of his craft .very nice guy, sharp and understands quickly what you want to be done.

Great hidden gem in east lake view. They sewed on a patch that was quick and cheap. Took 10 minutes and very accurate. Nice gentleman Marco

They have really nice staff and all my clothes that they fixed came out perfect. And their is this really good tailor that made this beautiful graduation dress for my daughter.

After I decided that I didnt want to get my dress tailored by you (because I felt like what you wanted to charge me was way too much), you reacted aggressively, your attitude and tone was very inappropriate.
