I was coming into town for a wedding and was able to go to the Reino’s the moment I landed and received my dress with alterations the same day. They were responsive by phone as well. Produced quality work. I would highly recommend.

So I dropped off my alterations and they never called me to pick them up and it’s been about three weeks and I still don’t have my items, worst experience.

I am disappointed with the quality of Reinos work, and I think this was an amateur jeans repair job. The thread outlines the repaired area. Moreover, the thread doesnt even match the color of the jeans!This is the most amateur repair job I have ever seen (see photos). I will not be returning to this tailor, and I advise all customers to go elsewhere.

2 pairs of unfinished drill cloth khakis (cuffd), one raw denim heavy weight over shirt (shorten sleeves) and new clips on some coveralls. good work. plan to bring a sport coat next week for hand-cut buttonholes on sleeves.

Amazing quality of work for complicated dress alterations

Prices are insane. $35 to take the sides in on a button down! $40 to shorten the straps on a dress. Work is decent but not worth their insane prices...go else where there are many options.Also, they dont publish prices so however they are feeling that day is what they will charge you. Scam.

Great place for quality tailoring. They understand fabric and are very thorough in taking measurements. The staff is very professional and service is really good as they take time with you while they take your measurements. Items come back in a timely manner as well. First time clients get a percentage off if you mention it! Would definitely go back. There is street parking.

I brought my suit pants and a pair of jeans. here for tailoring.the length on the suit slacks was fine..the hem looked like they just folded it and then stitched them. I compared to all my other tailored slacks the hems were 2”, the one they did was 4”. I went back to have them re-do, I was going to have to leave them and come back another time.I left with my slacks and went to my nearest cleaners and the first thing the woman said was..the hem is too wide. Now I have pay another $12 on top of the $52 I paid for 2 pants to be altered.I will not be coming back here.

Excellent and fast service. They did a really good job fitting some pants for me that originally looked like parachute pants. After they look well above their price point and the craftsmanship will definitely hold for years. Would definitely recommend and come here again.

So I bought a gym pant from calvin klein and i didnt saw cuz they had a small hole on the left leg side and i stopped at them to help me repair the hole. the owner was very friendly and in 2 min they fixed my problem. Very nice and and fast! I recommend them 100%, especially when u have emergencyes.

Reino is the real deal. Great attention to detail. He took the pleats out of a pair of tux pants I brought in - other tailors wouldnt do it. The pants look great. He also did my jacket and a shirt. I bought a cheap shirt and after the tailoring its the best shirt I own. Highly recommend.
