Told the barber that I wanted a TAPER and he gives me a FADE and he already cut me too high with no line up of the side or back. Please ensure that your barber knows what theyre doing. I am social distancing myself from this shop.

Have been coming here for the longest time ever. This place is very well ran. this place did loose some workers but didnt harm the place at all! will definitely keep coming here. This place is very welcoming and comfortable environment. The man who runs this place definitely knows what hes doing. he bassicaly knows how to cut any type of hair.

I have been coming here to get my hair cut for a while now. Im picky about who cuts my hair. So far every visit has ended with a satisfactory outcome. Check them out if you are looking for a barber. The barber I go to goes by the name coyote. He is all about the detail and never rushes to get people done. He uses hot shaving cream which feels great when it comes to shaving. Some chick cut my sons hair & she left spots OH ANNNNND they charged me 20$ for a KIDS HAIRCUT !! 😠 Didnt give him a lineup either. My first time there n Ill never be back ...... It is what it is ....

I am usually a very understanding person. I know not everyone is perfect. However, I do know that working in a customer service industry you do have to care about your customers being happy. They might not always be right, but their money should be valued especially in a barber shop field where there are dozens of places we can choose from in Chicago. We still chose YOUR barbershop to invest our money in. They should appreciate and value EVERY SINGLE customer that comes in. Great customer service will keep any place open for business. When I walked in here I felt like I was intruding in someone’s house. I wasn’t welcomed when I walked in. I was just skipped for their known customers. Like their money was worth more. Unfortunately, this place was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming again.

Great prices. Some staff does speak English. Some do not. The English speaking barbers do cut African American hair.

They will skip your turn for people they already know . They dont care if you get there first . They should have a sign saying walk in not welcome. They have the nerve to let you sit there and skip your turn without even saying why . If I could give this place negative stars I will. Never coming back. Dont waste your time or money here. I sat there for 2 hours after being skip 3 times I left .

If you are a person that cares who your money is going to and appreciates good customer service this is NOT the place for you. They have favoritism and will not hide it. They do not value your hard earned money and do not care for you if you are a new customer. You will definitely feel unwanted here. The place is dirty. They are rude and unprofessional.

This place is my goto place for my sons haircuts. Its clean, and kid friendly. The barbers know What theyre doing. And the prices are super affordable.

This place is great! I bring my nephews all the time for back to school haircuts! Definitely a good barbershop.

If I could I wouldn’t give this place any stars!! They’re rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, disorganized and dirty. First and last time I step in that nasty place, as soon as I walked in I knew it was a bad idea. When I said good afternoon and none of barbers answered or even smiled at me. There was only 1 person ahead of me I was waiting for 30 minutes and when it was my turn one of the barbers decided that it was okay to skip me and take the person that was after me. Even though the customer that was after me asked the barber if my son was next he had the nerve to say no come on you’re next. As if I was invisible so I told them my son was next and they are just going to lie to my face and say that he had an appointment!!How?! Even the customer after me was surprised so he had an appointment and he didn’t know or how?! That place is a JOKE!!!

Usually a great place for a cut, eyebrows depending on the barber. I usually just walk in and im pretty happy with the result except today when i agreed to let the female cut my hair. i thought the photo would make it a simple med. fade with a line across the left already faintly visible, but on this occasion the cut was faded down to a zero instead of a progressing cut and the line begins bumpy and is finished fine... i did attempt to leave the cut as is, but she continued to wipe amd pick up a machine again atleast 3 times as i was already trying to get up. at one point i told her to leave the top amd she still began to try to even it out better to the point where i started to politly unbutton myself to get up. it was still a nice cut. its just not what i wanted, nor is it the best look. i will return to this place overall by appointment. as a result of this visit though it will be about a month until i can get my regular haircut again.
