Violeta is a nice person. Our family had 2 houses and 5 cars with her but we got several quotes from Allstate, Geico, mutual insurance and all the other competitors. Only to find out we were paying too much for the insurance...double the price for the same coverage. So we ended up switching.

The STATE FARM agency is terrific.What I do not like lately is the service of my agent since lately they do not know how to answer certain questions or situations that happen and THE AGENT is never present or available, the secretaries are limited to answering what they know and thats it.
