I have been with State Farm for auto and Home insurance for more than 10 years. Have had the pleasure of working with Sarah for years. She has provided the absolute best customer service. She is professional, friendly, super responsive in responding to your inquiries and she is like a 24/7 customer service assistance in which even if she needs to stay longer to help, she would rather help you than saying I’ll get back to you since we are in her schedule cut off time. Ive had State Farm insurance for 14 years. Had a different agent until he passed away a few years ago and never had problems. I recently purchased a new car and needed insurance asap. I called to get my new car insured and waited 2 days for someone to call me back with a quote. Nobody ever called me back. I needed insurance. I was driving around with no insurance so I cancelled my policy and got insurance elsewhere. They dont care about their customers.

This agent has two offices, this one and one located in 9026 S Commercial Chicago, IL 60617. Everybody in this agency is so RUDE! They do not care about there clients, we call and ask a questions about our policy and they give us attitude! We are paying you money! They need basic people skills! DO NOT get insurance in this agency. Go to another State Farm agent! Not kidding, the worst! They deserve NO stars!

I cant even give them any stars because the in adequate service I received today is beyond me. I called to report a deer hit my car and the girl tells me to call the 800 number on the back of my insurance card and Have a great day. What?? I called the 800 number, Ive been bounced around to three different departments and nothing. I have over 200 miles to make it home with 0 help from whom gladly takes your money.State Farm Insurance definitely lost a customer of over 25 years.

I do not recommend this office of Al Garcia is a rat. They took me out of asegunzansa according to many accidents without me being to blame. And they told me that they were not going to charge me the last payment, why they were not going to renew me anymore and finally they charged me double.
