All I wanted was hard copies of POI cards mailed to my home. The young lady I spoke to said she understood what I was asking for. The next day I received two Emails that stated I was no longer enrolled in Ebills. I called again and was told I would be reinstated for Ebills but for hard copies of POI I would have to call every 6 months as my policy expires.If I have to make a call I think it will be to another insurance company. Maybe they will give me better service then one choice or the other.

Office is hard to find because its upstairs from the antique store, but the people there are so helpful and nice! They have you best interest at heart and it shows!
