Cheap insurance for expensive cost. Didnt help me at all after the accident. Still trying to get my truck fixed even having full coverage and being involved in a hit and run with a police report. The they jack my insurance rates up for something that wasnt my fault

I was told i had to get SR22 for a ticket I received in 2011 for driving with no insurance. I happened to come across this agency while paying one of my parking tickets since the City of Chicago is in the same plaza. I walked in and spoke to Vanessa. She gave me a quote and after shopping around looking for the lowest rate I gave Vanessa a call back and started my policy. Good customer service, great rates!

My license was suspended for almost 5 years Secretary of state said in order to get back on the road I needed sr22 insurance. thankfully when leaving city of Chicago on Pulaski, I noticed 1st American insurance went right in to get info, i was able to get my sr22 filing right away. finally I can drive!!!! They call you too many times trying to convince you

I called on a Saturday at 1:40 pm and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and the office recording stated it was closed. It said online they are open until 3:00 pm on Saturday. What is up with that. I guess they dont need my business.
