In early October 2019, my account manager, Janita (Jenny) Morgan, left me a voicemail about wanting to talk to me about my insured vehicle and how she thought she could save me money on my new premium. When we connected the next day, we spoke at length about all my State Farm policies: Auto, Condo Unit, Rental Condo Unit. I had been thinking of calling my agents office prior to Jennys call. I had 2 car accidents last year, which caused me to review my coverage (but not enough to cause me to make the call!). In addition, 2 months ago my condo associations property manager advised the condo board to implement a new rule and policy requiring each owner to provide annual proof of adequate liability coverage for all units they own in the association. Again, I did not make the call to review those policies. So I was very grateful for Jennys proactive call. We went over absolutely everything. I have always been a business woman, my dad was an insurance man his entire life, and I have tried to be responsible person financially, but clearly I was not being pro-active...but Jenny was! She concisely explained her products, insurance terms, considerations, and benefits, as well as welcoming discussion.
