The driver was not on time for our International flight. Our boarding time was 8:40, we didn’t arrive at the airport until 8:20. We had to beg a supervisor at the airport to please take our luggage because they were refusing the luggage because we were too late. No apologies from the driver but my credit card was charged immediately after drop off. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Poor Customer Service. I requested an online quote for a party bus for my cousins birthday from the website for after reading many positive reviews online. I waited for a few days and they responded by saying you need to call. So I called and got a quote on 11.22.19. When I called back on 11.24.19 to finalize the deal after reviewing all options, the person on the phone was extremely rude. He denied the legitimacy of the quote previously given, and then told me to call back tomorrow on 11.25.19 because he cannot do anything. I stated that I have a heavy work week and will not have time to call back- would appreciate the company working with me and honoring the info previously provided. The male phone agent refused to cooperate. I did state I would be notating the dismissive tone, lack of cooperation and unprofessional manner by the agent to customer review process. The agent then started to argue even more until I had to end the call. At the end of the day, I had to go with different vendor that was more expensive, but had much better customer service present.

Worst Limo company possible, had them for my wedding. No A/C in the party bus, then the truck stopped on the 294 in the middle of rush hour and left us stranded, im not kidding. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Horrible customer service, was not accommodating at all. again.... DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANYAlso- following up, they are trying to say on here that the A/C was working... it never was, driver kept saying it would start working once we started driving and it never did. Driver was very rude and never offered to get another bus. Of course you gave money back, but what is that when you are stuck on the side of the 294 on your wedding day?! This is the worst limo company of them all. There is many companies out there- please use someone else so you don’t have a bad experience like we had.

Ive been using Flashlimo every time I am traveling to Chicago and at all times (more then 6 times) Im impressed with their quality of services. We have rented a limo bus for a birthday party and were totally satisfied.The bus got the pick up location earlier than we expected, it was perfectly clean and the bar area was fully loaded with numerous kind of sodas.The driver, Scott, was a friendly, polite guy and never refused our reasonable requests.(Obviously, there is nothing he can do if anybody wants to smoke in the bus, per our contract)Overall, it was a perfect experience for us!We would highly recommend Flash Limousine.

I used Flash Limousine a few weeks ago for a short trip after a concert at the House of Blues in Chicago. Setting up the trip was easy and painless, even though it was last minute. The driver made sure to make contact me the night of our ride to let me know exactly where he was parked (which was right out front). We were able to connect with him easily, even through the chaos of the crowd after the concert. The car was shiny and immaculate. The driver was professional, opening our doors and the such. Although it was just a short trip, we had a great time. Thanks Flash for making our random night of fun a bit more classy. Nothing like pulling up in Wriglyville in a Limo.

I am currently driving and decided to pull over to write this very important review. Bus #5602 cannot drive if his life depended on it. I have never used this service nor even heard of it, but the driving of this bus is atrocious. He has not only cut me off multiple times, but he has used foul language towards me. If anyone needs a limousine or buses service, please refrain from using this service.. they CANT DRIVE.

I left town on March 17, 2014 and used Flash Limousine. When you use a transportation company, it is as if the experience sets your mood for the trip. I booked AParty bus from FLASH for my bachelorette party. The bus was very spacious the driver was very professional and accommodating and the security they had along with us made us feel safe. I would definitely book with them from my next upcoming event!

Dont just get there in style, get there in a flash what a inappropriate slogan for what their company offers! They get my best friend to her wedding ceremony 30 minutes after the ceremony started. They were almost an hour late picking up the bridal party and upon calling to question the location of the bus the employees were rude and insulting. The fact that they were almost an hour late to pick up the bridal party resulted in the ceremony being delayed 45 minutes, getting cut short and pictures getting cut short. Way to ruin the most important day of someones life. DO NOT rent from this company!! That is unless you want your driver getting a speeding ticket and to be late to your event. Also, this company has been so rude saying she was ONLY 30 minutes late which isnt a big deal. Yeah, leaving 300 people waiting at a church isnt a big deal. READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY EVENT.

Me and my wife used Flash Limousine to Ohare. we had early morning pick up the driver showed up 15-20 minutes early and texted us that he was outside, which i found that very professional. the car was neat and the driver was professional. My Fiance called this place a few weeks ago to get a quote. we got a quote and wanted to look at the party bus before signing a contract. it was only until today by going back and forth . we drove an hour away to see the bus. it was broken down and a complete dirty mess. the gentleman then when on to say when we ask him whem was the last party. he reply with over the weekend. however, when we went back to the office. we were told they would never quote us a price like that. and the guy who showed us the bus doesnt know when the last party was on it. and then wouldnt let us talk and tried to say we were rude. this place is a rip off and aweful place. i will be contacting everyone client i know and tell them to never waste their time in getting a quote from them. i would have rate them zero if i could.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Defective vehicles, rude staff, lying management and awful customer service. I would not recommend anyone uses this company. Being lied to is not what I expect and clearly these people dont care about their vehicles or customers.
