The interface on the website is very easy to use and our driver arrived early with a clean and spacious car. She was very sweet and knew what she was doing. Something went wrong with my credit card and my interaction with the company on the phone was also very pleasant. I will definitely be using them again -- not much more than Uber Black and way more reliable.

Making the reservation online was easy, as was modifying it with a new destination over the phone. I had a new confirmation in my email within a couple of minutes. Received a welcome text just as my plane landed, giving me contact info for Juan, my driver, and instructions on what to do next. I texted Juan when I had all my bags. He answered promptly and said hed be there in 5 minutes, which was true! Friendly and professional, he loaded my bags and confirmed my destination; and dropped me off, handling my bags quickly and with a smile. I will definitely use Chicago Private Car Service from now on!

I hired a car service for a group of friends that needed to get home from a music festival outside of Chicago. It was a last minute hire and was super easy and affordable compare to Ubers/Lyft and other car service prices. Our driver, Tim, showed up 20 minutes early and communicated his location very well. The car was spotless. There were Fiji waters in the door for each of us to enjoy on our drive home. I would definitely use this service again.

I wanted to make sure I had a reliable car service ready to pick me up upon my early morning arrival into Midway Airport. As soon as I landed, I received confirmation that my car was close by and needed to know if I had retrieved my luggage or not. When I had selected that I still needed to get my checked luggage my driver texted me confirming received the message. Soon after landing, I grabbed my checked luggage and again was in contact with my driver. He arrived within 5 minutes of me notifying him I was ready. At arrival, first thing he did was wipe down my seat and door with disinfectant spray (that made me feel really safe!) Then, he loaded my suitcase in and we drove to my destination. He was a very safe and professional driver the whole time. I really appreciate everything Chicago private car service did for me! The booking process was smooth and being able to stay in touch with my driver made me feel at ease! Traveling can be stressful, but I was in good hands.

I took a chance with a private car service as I noticed Lyft and Uber prices are considerably high in Chicago. It was the best money I have spent. This company monitored my flight which experienced a 40 minute delay. The driver communicated with me via text upon my arrival. We had a delay in baggage delivery and the driver was understanding and communicative. The car was clean and a smooth ride to our hotel. My only regret was not booking a car for our return trip to the airport.

I was drawn to this service by the good google reviews, but their poor performance will stop me from utilizing them ever again. They were late, and got me to my destination over 30 mins behind my arrival time. Then, when I finally got to speak to with customer service (after attempting for 3 days straight) they talked over me, tried to make light of the ridiculous chaos that my ride was made up of at the hand of their driver, took no accountability, and hung up on me. Absolutely no customer service and I absolutely do not recommend.

Chicago Private Car upgraded its IT so now you can text on arrival. A huge improvement over having to call for the car. I didn’t have to wait at all! The car was spotless and Juan was super nice.

Kevin was our driver. I didn’t want to rely on Uber being that we had to leave our flat at 6am to get to the airport on time. He was 15 minutes early and waited patiently while we made our way downstairs. He took care of getting our luggage and group in to a very nice suv. Drove very well with not too much conversation. Driver got lost in the area we needed someone very important to pick up. Then it took 4 months for them to finally charge my account for the service after repeatedly asking them to do so. Only good thing is that they were able to do a last minute pick up. Not a great service.

Reason given was that the assigned driver got pulled over and that they were sending somebody else
