I was stranded with my 3 young girls (ages 15/11/9) in Chicago after our American Airlines flight cancelled on us at 10:30pm after a delay of over 2 hours in our flight back home to Cleveland ! Then we had this crazy taxi line because my Uber ride cancelled on me…hotels not available…it was a nightmare!!!.My husband called Chicago car service, and Shareen came to my rescue! I could not be more grateful- she was instinctive and protective as a mother, and was so nice, very professional and nurturing! What an exemplary company! I ordered for car service in the early morning and i was surprised when car showed up 10 minutes prior to pick up time and i received text from driver that my ride is outside. I will recommend for early morning trips for sure.
