I hired Aries Shuttle for my wedding in early November, to take the wedding party from the hotel to our Venue, then return to the hotel to pick up guests and then be available for return visits for a few hours before the reception ended in case people wanted to head back early. The communication at first wasnt ideal, but my wedding planner got a hold of a different manager who was really helpful. The price was reasonable and better than a few others, so I felt like even with a few bad reviews I would take a chance.Initially everything was fine! the shuttle bus for about 30 people was spacious, clean, the driver was happy and proficient.The main issue why I took off 3 stars, is that around 10:30ish, my Aunt and Uncle came to me (the bride) and asked if I knew anything about the shuttle to take them back. My Maid of Honor (also an event planner) stepped in and found out there was a flat tire! My brother was the first to try to go back at 10pm, and was essentially left to sit on the shuttle in the venue parking lot and had to call himself an uber, and no one from Aries apologized to him or offered to pay for that ride. No one notified us of the issues and we gave them our event planner, maid of honor and best man numbers. The driver was just sitting in the parking lot, waiting for...? So finally we demanded another shuttle and got taken back, but it was something I did not want to deal with on my wedding day and guests had to pay for their own rides when we had promised them safe transportation back starting at a certain time.Luckily, after the wedding, when I wrote to Aries, they refunded us about 50% of the total cost. I appreciated that very much. But I am still shocked they handled it so poorly. Get another shuttle and notify someone what is going on! we shouldnt have had to find it out this way and then demand another shuttle. Yikes.
I wish I could find out your corporate office phone number. You have a worst customer service .. the bus is not on time and when you call the customer service number they are very unprofessional! you dont even deserve even one star.if you asked what time is the bus coming they give you an attitude like they dont want to work.. VERY RUDE! AND MEAN!
Really poor airport employee bus service, unsafe, rude and unexperienced drivers,dont know how to make their runs,service always late, pathetic company, drivers have no clue about the area they drive around
