DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They advertise a national number, but their national customer service computer system apparently does not communicate with any of their local offices. I never received an email confirmation of the reservation I made over the phone (which I did by calling the national number). The day before we were supposed to take the shuttle, I called to confirm it, and they said they have no record of a reservation in my name when they looked it up by my phone number and email. They never told me I had to call the local office to check as well. I made a reservation with another company. The next day, GO! showed up and has insisted on charging me $240 even though I was told by them the day before I had no reservation. The woman at the local office was incredibly rude on the phone. I spent multiple days and many, many hours trying to get a refund and finally filed a credit card dispute. The national company insists they cant do anything and keeps referring me to the local office. The local office refuses to issue a refund. I will never use them again and will encourage everyone I know to avoid them. If you read other reviews, you will see their system is totally disorganized and unnecessarily complicated. They dont seem to really operate nationally and shouldnt advertise a national customer service number because they honestly cant help you. Dont make the same mistake I and many others have. Hopefully they will be out of business soon.
All I needed to do was add a passenger to our shuttle. Ive been on hold for over 40 minutes, I tried changing the reservation online but their website wouldnt acknowledge my changes. Ive emailed them and didnt hear back. They have no problem taking your money but wont provide basic customer services.
I have used this service twice, both times in Orlando, FL. I guess I should have stopped at once. In both cases, the actual driving is passed to a local service provider, Mears. Mears is a good company, so I have no issue there. My trouble on this recent trip is the lack of communication between Go, the local provider, and me. I have learned Mears requires the reservation be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Go did not do that and I was not made aware that it needed to be done. So, at my designated time, no shuttle arrived. When you call Go, they indicate you must call the local provider. When you call the local provider, they say you need to talk to the 3rd party booking agency (Go). Luckily, Mears is a good company and they made sure my family got to the airport on time after I explain my predicament to the dispatcher. As for Go? I doubt they will do much to acknowledge their mistake or change their policies to ensure it does not happen to others. Despite being reasonably priced and easy to use, if I cant trust the car will show up, I cant recommend you use Go for your transportation needs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. I booked the day before my flight and received multiple emails confirming but no shuttle ever showed up. Had to take a Lyft. Still trying to get money back. Beware!!!
Prepaid to pick me up from cruise port in Long Beach. They farmed my ride out to prime time shuttle company. When they didn’t show up I called and said they were canceling because the van broke down. You only have one van??? Needless to say “SOL” and they would refund my money. How terrible to not even send an email or text and let you know they canceled you!!!!! Never again 😡😡😡
