Neil was extremely helpful and friendly during the booking process. He made it easy. Kendrick was a fantastic driver. Very courteous. Everything was perfect. Multiple pick-up and drop-off locations for clients worked out smoothly. Couldnt be more pleased.

Picked us up from our wedding reception and took us to our hotel downtown. On time, very professional, clean, good driving, and complimentary Fiji (the best of all the bottled waters).

Used NM Private Car Service for transport from OHare to Chicago university area and a week later to Midway. Arrived 2 hours late and had to wait for more than 2 hours to get through customs, and Neil just patiently waited for us. The trip itself also took over an hour due to traffic, but no extra costs were charged (we did decide to pay extra apart from the usual tip). Also trip to Midway was very pleasant. Very professional, very friendly, so in one word: recommended! Apologies to Neil for writing this review two years late.

Neil is a very good all around nice on time driver I have personally used him I dont travel much but if you do I would definitely recommend using him.
