Nothing has changed. They still will not pick up the phone. First and last time flying with this airline. I have been trying for 3 months to get in touch with someone from different locations with this airline. They will not pick up or they just hang up on me.
Makes no sense that there is no one at the check in counter. They open a few hours before the flight leaves. Not a good way to start my trip.
Have a delay of over 8 hours and no one can be bothered to pick up the phone. Absolutely no way to get a hold of these people, fly with any airline but this one.
