Usually, an airline company will want the customer to use their website to search for flights. This doesnt seem to be the case with El Al.I was trying to book a flight a few days ago, went into the El Al website, entered the dates and i got an error message. Tried it again a few hours later- no go.Tried different computers, browsers and at different times. It kept giving the same error. So i had to call them and book the flight. They charged me 20$ per ticket, and the cherry on top was that they charged me another 50$ for 4 tickets.Thought they would refund me because of their faulty website? Think again. The worst airline company with the worst customer service.
Where is my $$ ? I paid for 3 tickets, they told me 2 months ago i will get the refund within a week... and nothing happen.
Felt very safe but their planes are old and terrible, especially for a long haul flight.
