The worst customer service ive ever experienced at an airport and I travel at least once a month. I dont know if its just the staff in Chicago or what the deal is but they are not reliable and I could not be more upset with Jet Blue for hiring these people.
Wow JetBlue. Disappointed in the major decline in service and efficiency. Nothing but issues from the time we booked our vacation by rescheduling a flight by a day (we lost a day), to continuous calls to JetBlue service lines, to no confirmation emails and on and on. Then we get to the terminal to run into more issues. Two employees βhelpingβeveryone in slow motion, and one employee who allowed a passenger to stay maskless for more than 6 minutes while she was assisting him (her name is Alecia). What a way to make everyone else in the line feel incredibly uncomfortable. I understand the cost cutting measures due to the pandemic but bring your best people back to work. And if these are your best then ... yikes!
This was my first time flying with JetBlue. Everyone was nice and professional... The captain did an excellent job.... Will definitely fly again
Had an easy flight back to Boston from OHare. Jet Blue is paying attention to cleaning protocols and socially distanced seating. I felt safe and protected. Left on time, landed on time. All around good flight.

Seats are super comfy, a lot of leg room, reclining seats, fast boarding, all around great airline. If you are trying to save money, definitely book JetBlue instead of Spirit. With JetBlue, you get more than your moneyβs worth. Also, I flew United about a month ago and JetBlue has given me a better, comfier, and cheaper experience. Iβd recommend to anyone.
Usually I donβt review airlines. This time we didnβt have a good experience at all with JetBlue flying from Chicago to Fort Lauderdale. First off the plane didnβt arrive in the airport on time so the flight got delayed, secondly after we boarded passengers had to wait more than 1 hour inside the airline just for the flight to take off. They were cleaning the craft after boarding which makes no sense. We couldnβt even move around and had to remain seated as seat belts sign were on. Traveling with children specially this is hard. Also the seat didnβt have the screen monitor working in one of our assigned seats so we couldnβt even watch it, which would have distracted us a bit. Upon asking the flight attendant she didnβt have much to say. So much painful experience.
JetBlue is AMAZING!!!! I flew with my Service Animal from Chicago OβHare airport to JFK New York, not only did we have an easy time with security, and the airline, but the flight staff was kind, educated, knowledgeable and helpful! They upgraded me to bigger seating & made every attempt to make sure my Service Animal was comfortable as well!! Would definitely fly with them again!
I am so impressed with JetBlue! I traveled with them this past weekend, and they were very friendly and accommodating. I traveled with my two-year-old and four-year-old, which can definitely be a stressful experience. Before, during, and after the flight they went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. This is really a great airline who makes sure their customers have a good experience and feel appreciated.

We arrived to the airport very late and the check bagging line was already closed. The employee not only got our bags onto the flight but got us into the precheck line. We ended up catching our flight with 4 minutes to spare. If she hadnβt helped us we would have missed our connecting flight. 10/10 JetBlue
If I could give no stars I would. My checked bag robbed on Christmas Day. I arrived in my hometown and was devastated when I realize that all of the gifts in my bag were stolen! I have been dealing with the terrible people at the central baggage department. They only compensated me for part of what was stolen after filling out many forms and having to call several times. They literally robbed me and charged me $30 baggage fee to do it. π‘
Jetblue is one of the best airlines of the world... their airplanes are very comfortable and nice! Pleople who works in here are servicial and amazing! In my last trip I used this airlines at two times and my experience is so good! When I had flight from Chicago to Florida, I lost my flight... then the jetblue superteam at the Ohare airport fixed my unfortunely situation quickly... I will always recommending JetBlue Airways!πππ»ββοΈβ€
Very bad airline and bad customer service. I needed to check in my luggage early in order to get in airport but there was no single JetBlue agent. Wouldnβt recommend to anyone. First and last flight from JetBlue. The agent was very racist and the OβHare JetBlue especially is a big mistake. I will never fly with JetBlue. Being international student and having lots of friends Iβll tell them to boycott JetBlue. Todayβs experience has made me very disappointed. The customer service, was very very rude.

Trash! Booked a flight 6 months prior to flying. Received an email stating that something changed. Come to find out that they rebooked my flight without my authorization to come back 2 days early. Only think they offered was a refund, which doesnt really work as the price has sky rocketed with other flights. Will NEVER look to use this airline again!
Boarding passes do not give gate or terminal information. Contacted @jetblue the response was glad I made it.My soon to be husband and I are not thrilled so far. We havent even taken off yet! The bathroom door would not lock so I was exposed to another passenger while in the restroom. Oh and the arm rests are not in the best condition. This picture is the arm rest for the seat in front of me. Our armrests look the same. The passenger behind us had to give us the contents of the arm rest that were hanging by the cords. Not a good way to start our new lives as husband and wife.#whoknew #lcc #ohare
I think this is my favorite domestic airline. Theres a bit more room in front of the seats, they give you a slightly larger snack, and most importantly, theres TV.
I was really happy with service. Plus they provided good snacks, decent leg room, and FREE WiFi. It was perfect.

Customer service doesnt answer the phone i waited 45 minutes and my mother in law missed her flight and didnt get money back.
Worse airline. Customer service in jfk is the worse. I lost my fly because of them. Had an issue with my ticket. I was flying with my friend. He has his but mine didnβt print. It says to see a customer service rep. When I went there she didnβt help me. She say that I need to see a super visor. I waited for the supervisor 36 minutes to let me know that I was late for my fly when I got there 1 hour and 20 minutes before my fly from jfk to ORD. the only thing she said after all was that I needed to rebook for the next one . That was their solution. Crazy. Iβll never fly with them no even for free.
Would give zero stars if I could. Delayed flights wasting hours before giving updates. Takes hours to return luggage. They only have 1 gate at OHare, if any delays happen youre screwed. You wont save any money.
My poor 66 year old Aunt Miriam yesterday was on her way here from Puerto Rico to see my mom because sheβs still in the Neuro ICU when #JetBlue left her stranded her plane was an hour late leaving PR then when she landed in Fort Lauderdale her connecting flight had already left so #JetBlue offered her a hotel for the night and a flight out the next day mine you itβs 11:00 pm. After all the confusion with #JetBlue she finally gets her luggage and gets on the shuttle its 1:00 am when she gets to the hotel only to find out the hotel has no vacancy and #JetBlue had never called to confirm vacancy before they sent her there so the guy at the front desk is trying all the hotels near by for her with no success.....He found only one room available but she had to share a room with another female passenger and her son that were also left stranded by #JetBlue... Very unprofessional service to treat an elderly woman like this #JetBlue should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to my Aunt who was only on her way here to see my sick Mom whoβs fighting for her life in the ICU...Because of the delay she lost an extra day with my mom...π’π’π’ Just Awful !!!

Like always you are delayed by 3hrs. That why i always prefer flying Delta or AA. First time and will be my last time flying JetBlue.
At Logan, treat people with disabilities quite badly
I hadnt flown JetBlue in a while, having switched to Virgin America several years ago. VA bizarrely doesnt fly between new York and Chicago, so I was forced to head back to JetBlue. Its fine, and the staff is nice, helpful, diligent, and really care about doing a good job, so thats the good. They went out of their way to make sure the flight left on time, and we got in on time. On the return flight the flight attendant seemed a bit less on top of things, but still tried.That said, things just went less smoothly than Ive grown accustomed to. I was also unpleasantly surprised by the other patrons. My screen wouldnt work on the flight out, so I waited until the flight attendants came around and asked them to reset it, but I guess it was actually broken, so they eventually had to move me. There were a bunch of open seats, all middles obvi, and I swear I felt like Forrest Gump--literally no one would let me in or take their junk off the seat, like they were entitled to an extra seat. So the clientele basically sucked, and the flight attendant seemed to know there was an issue with the screen, but hadnt proactively moved me before people got too attached to their extra seat to let me in. I mean people were literally ignoring me and the flight attendant, like they all couldnt hear or see us, or didnt speak English. The flight attendant really wanted to help and cared about peoples flight experience, but wasnt quite assertive enough to help me.Back to the flight, there were delays somewhere so they used a VA gate to get us out on time, which was cool. We left and arrived on time. The attentiveness with drinks and free snacks is nice and seemed standard on JB. The bags came out very quickly at JFK. In Chicago security was a hottt mess, barely moving for no discernible reason; Id had such high hopes after there was no line to get my ID checked, then we just stood at security, with the scanner not moving for a while even though there were TSA people sitting there and generally standing around.Long story short, its not VA, but its better than just about everything else, and Id fly it again, but try to get on the screen issue or others sooner and more proactively. Also, they did end up giving me a $15 credit for a future flight because of the screen issue when I called and asked for it, so their customer service is decent.
