Terrible airline, if you call they will give you an automated message “all our agents are busy” then hang up after 3 minutes and tell you to try again later. I’ve called them about 20 times trying to get my $750 voucher from when they cancelled my flights due to COVID. I don’t think I will be seeing that money again. Total thieves try to avoid at all costs
I experienced terrible customer service from this airline company. They are all about money. They do not care about third parties. The flights are great but dont have a situation where you have to call in with a problem. Their customer service people are not honest and need more reps that understand all languages.
The flight attendants are rude and are not paying attention to the customers needs. I asked (pressing the button) FA to come three times, after that they passed by about 4-5 times over the 45 minutes period of time totally ignoring my request. When I finally asked them if they could respond to my request, FA started yelling at me trying to make some nonsense excuses and literally made me cry. Then, she walked away and got back in a few minutes to yell at me even more about how upset she is because of me. It is totally unprofessional, unethical and basically rude. I told the captain about this case and heard back that they are ding their best. No sense of what providing service actually means. It was my first and last time I have chosen them. + still waiting for my lost suitcase. Thank you, Iberia, for the useless service.

The service they give both at the counter and on the flight is highly recommended. I had a problem but they helped me solve it quickly.
