At Ohare airport in Chicago, one of United emirate employee Sarah S Abudullah gave me and my daughter a superb experience when we were checking in. She was so patient with us while we sort our luggage and paperwork, also helped us to sort things out, checked us to a seat were we can sit together even if our tickets had very different seats. This lady is an angel and she deserves praise for good customer service

By far the best customer service of any airline. Hands down. They are a bit pricer than most airlines, but well worth the extra few bucks. US airlines could learn a few things from them.

Most worst flight of 18 hours ever. Crew was a middle Eastern piece of trash. I would not travel with them even for free.

If you can afford business class, get ready to have a fairly good experience on Emirates. If you are an economy passenger, get ready to experience the lackadaisality and incompetence of an airline that has only existed for a decade, combined with a remarkable degree of condescension toward people who are paying a mere $1.5-2.5k for their flights. No matter where you are going, British Airways connecting through London is a better way to get there unless you are paying for business class.

5 star airline with 5 star service... flying since 2002.

Was in transit and staff did not allow me to board on that flight due to their misunderstanding of new covid restrictions laid by SA immigration. They would not listen to reason. This misunderstanding misunderstanding delayed my boarding for one day.Totally disappointed.

I would give Emirates a 0/5 stars. Their crew members give incorrect information. I would highly recommend taking any other airline.
