My luggage come back broke, besides of extra charges for everything, and get charge for a small carry on like a 55 lbs when l have 20 lbs. Give one price for everything and will be better. In the fly no ice for water or soda.

I bought flight tickets to fly to Mexico in early February ahead of time and now I decided to cancel my trip due to the covid-19 pandemic and they refuse to give me my money back and they only want to move the date on specific dates they want me to choose plus I have to pay extra.Ive called several times the customer service number to talk to a representative and they never answer the phone. I regret choosing this airline company, never had such a bad service like this in any other airline.

Bought my dad a flight to Mexico. We showed up in ample time but no one was at the counter to help. As a result, he was unable to retrieve his boarding pass and missed his flight. There are plenty of seats on the next flight but they want to charge us $558! They will not refund the ticket or help in any way. I wish we would have just paid the difference and flown Southwest.
