The staff were very hostile, especially for niqabis. They fully arrange to max for their hajis comfort and care. Knowing hajj is tough, but those 5 days they try their best or accommodate everything the best way they can. A-lot is done behind the scene for the haji arrangements that many of us dont know about and isnt even acknowledged. Especially in Muzdalifah when special place was set up just for CHU hajis. We then realized, they truly give their time, effort, and everything to support and respect all of their customers needs and wants. Compared to other group experiences that I heard after coming back.I wouldnt go with anyone else, besides Chicago Hajj & Umrah for my spiritual journey once again in future Inshallah.

Alhamdulilah i had made the right decision for going to hajj with them. Hajj is a once in a life time kind of trip for many people and its really important to go with a right agency. If anyone is planning on going to hajj whenever please do go with them. The provided their own private shuttle service to take us to mina, arafat, muzdalifa. We were the first ones there and we still saw many groups arriving very later on. In muzdalifa, they had everything set up for their hajis and I was shocked that other groups did not and when they came later on in the night they had no place to sit. Chicago Hajj also had many workers to provide comfort and ease for their hajis all throughout the days of hajj. If anyone ever needed anything we were able to communicate with their staff and they were able to provide whatever we needed. Hajj is known for endurance and hardships. But Chicago Hajj did their best to help us be patient and get all our rituals done in the best way they could. I really appreciate their effort and I will always recommend Chicago Hajj to my friends and family.
