This was our first time using Foley Heat & Air Conditioning and we were very pleased. Andrew came out to the house and he was very thorough and honest and took the time to explain everything to us. It turned out we just had a leak in one of our units prior to using Foley Heat & Air Conditioning the last company we had was very quick to tell us we just needed to replace the whole unit. Andrew explained to us that we had plenty of other options. We are very happy with Foley Heat & Air Conditioning.

I called this company to get a estimate on installing a new steam boiler and the person on the other end of the phone immediately tried to sell me two options.Option number one was to charge me $149 for a one-year package.Option number two they wanted to charge me $300 to come out and give me a quote on installing a new steam boiler.I explained to them that I just need a estimate on what it would cost mainly because as a homeowner Im going out and getting three estimates. Then this guy says to me that this is a service call and I said this is not a service call Im calling to get a free estimate and he said that this is how the technicians charge.Why would I pay $149 for a service package when I might not go with their company because of their pricing.And Im surely not going to pay $300 to get a quote. In my right as a homeowner I have the right to get three quotes and two other companies that I have called are not charging anything to come out and give me a free estimate so whats up with this company trying to sell me something right off the bat.That does not seem very professional to me.

Andrew was very professional, respectful and focused on his work. He treats the customer the way he would want to be treated and does not try to promote the customer in any way. He took his time, did a very complete check and found a few issues he resolved to maintain the system and keep everything working properly. I would recommend Foley Heat & Air Conditioning and would like to have him return for future furnace and AC checks.

First time homeowner here. Andrew was the tech I was supposed to have on Saturday. I had actually overslept and missed that appointment, and he was very kind and understanding about it on my next appointment Wednesday. I know from my own business how frustrating that can be, and although I had effectively wasted his time on Saturday, he was incredibly professional and informative on Wednesday. He took a lot of time just to educate me on how my AC unit works so I’ll be better equipped in the future. By doing so, he not only helped me make sure I’ll be able to handle things more independently going forward, but assured my return to Foley Heat & Air Conditioning should I need any further assistance. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience! Andrew showed up on time, listened to my issues, checked the system, and then explained what he found. He gave me an estimate, which I agreed too, then picked up the part that evening. He returned the next morning to install the part and was done in a couple of hours. Andrew came to diagnose a problem with my heat pump system, I learned a bit more about what my contractor who did other home improvements should have tested for and done at installation. The part will be covered by Mitsubishi, but I will also need to do one enhancement so it does not happen again. He was courteous, and respectful of our home. Glad they were recommended.

Everything was amazing from the first phone call, to explaining everything and answering questions during quote. They installing units and make sure everything was ok. Everyone was polite and professional. Would definitely hire them again.

Our regular inspection through Foley Heat & Air Conditioning revealed that our air conditioning unit had a major issue. Two days later, they replaced the unit with no issues at all. We had a technician, Andrew come out to check out our AC because the fan on the outside unit had stopped working. We told Foley Heat & Air Conditioning we thought the fan had burned out. When tech checked out the AC he told us we were lucky because we just needed a much less expensive part to fix the problem. He then cleaned our vents and replaced the filters all for a very fair price. I definitely recommend this company!

Tech is very professional. Went out of his way to explain all the minor things needed to make sure HVAC system is working properly. He patiently explained functioning of the thermostat. Lastly he also showed how to keep the water pump clean. None of the earlier technicians from other companies were so thorough in maintenance servicing.

We had our furnace check up today. Fred was very kind and professional would recommend this company to family and friends. We bought a brand new air conditioner and furnace from them and have had no problems at all. They always call to set up the maintenance plan visit so the customer does not loose that check up.

Couldnt agree more excellent service. Called no Friday night, shortly later Fred came out look at the furnace. He found that it needed a part, he ordered it and on Monday returned and installed it.
