I went to get a pedicure Tuesday evening and here we are Thursday morning and my polish has come completely off my toe. The sloppy toe you see is my toe that’s missing a toenail, which I informed them multiple times about and the guy who painted my toes just put gel polish on the skin. Not only that but the work overall is very sloppy and unprofessional. I paid $60 for this spa pedicure with gel polish and the lady rushed my feet and I had to make her trim my toenails evenly because they were cut crooked. Worst ever. I will not be returning‼️ they dont deserved any stars because they clean off their work tools with the dirty spa water with your feet still in the water. The tools are properly sanitized, so if you get a foot fungus it’s from them.

I take my mother and myself every other Sunday and they always do perfect work... Great staff!!!

I’ve been going here for about 10 years now definitely isn’t one of the best places but they were pretty cheap and never did me wrong until tonight. After showing her what i wanted (i knew it was only like $70 worth after speaking with my personal nail technician) she began to do them kept trying to talk me into doing something different because she (Tammy the owner) doesn’t know how to do any up to date styles so she tried talking me out of what i wanted. So at the end of my services she calculated $10 eyebrows $35 French mani and $80 for a full set and color acrylic. My total came up to $115 which is not at all worth what i got. She got over on me and after being confronted she still didn’t reimburse me my money from being clearly overcharged according to her price board. She had a shop full and couldn’t let the other customers know she overcharged me so she broke her loyalty with me and lost one of her most loyal customers EVER. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! Please think before you go here they don’t have much clientele so they overcharge the ones they do have to stay in business i am completely disappointed in Tammy and can’t believe she did that to me

The services are outrageously over priced. I was charged $55 for a change of color &eyebrow wax ( eyebrow wax $10) this means my change of color was $45.Please note I did not have a broken nail, no acrylic was used, absolutely No product.Im assuming since the Pandemic the owners feels the need to increase prices 😬 this is bad business.Something else I feel is Egregious, its a extra $10 to remove Gel polish on a fill-in, Mani & Pedi.I feel businesses are over charging the community because they can!!!!Overall the owners does great work however I think their tone deaf because everyone was impacted by this Pandemic not only businesses.I really hope they reconsider their pricing or incorporate a happy hour, senior day etc. although I am not a senior citizen. SOME of us are on a budget and want to feel beautiful and we should be charged fairly

I’ve visited this location on two separate occasions. The first visit was okay, the second visit is the reason I will not be returning. To start, I waited about an hour to have services performed. Granted, this was a Saturday and I was a walk-in, I anticipated a wait time. The issue started when Tammy (I believe that’s her name) calculated my prices on a calculator. I received a full set of dip powder (one color) and eyelash repair services. The dip set with one color is about $60, the length of my nails was an additional $30, and my nail take off service was $10. I also had an eyelash touch up for $10. The total Tammy priced for me was $120 which was inaccurate. When we itemized the prices together, she learned that the price was $110 instead. Having said this, my card was proactively swiped and I opted to just leave the $10 as a tip, which based on how my nails are currently and how my eyelashes are looking currently- she did not earn it. I just figured that It’s more work to process a refund in that moment so I let it go. That, coupled with the over price services and subpar quality I will not be returning and will not recommend anyone else go. They seem to have a steady clientele base, so this salon may work for some but for me, there will need to be a salon service menu and clear expectations of what the services outline because I was basically almost scammed out of $10. Extremely petty. But that makes me question the salon’s integrity. It’s always about the principle in these situations.Edit: I’ve added a picture of the nail length that increased my services by $30. If you choose this salon, just be sure you’re on top of pricing and etc.

I just moved to this area I went to this salon less than a week ago My gel on hands already chipped and not polished all the way I called to complain and was Asked Do you work a lot with your hands Are you serious I dontwork btw Retired Then he said were busy now No help whatsoever I gave 108 for this Dont go there Too expensive and they arent good Going out of town tomorrow but he didnt care when I said I guess Ill go somewhere else then Sheez Unreal Needless to say Im upset Wasted my money and time Id give 0 stars if I could!!!

Owner is a crook! She has cheap prices posted on a sign but when shes done...her prices are at least $20-$30 more at register or checkout!!! Services are okay but not worth her blindsided charges! Sad and unprofessional!!!

This nail shop will not value your time and has no consideration for you as a customer. After one day I had several nails to break! The wife face times her friend and will talk on the phone the entire time while she is serving her customers While, the wife was doing my nails she stopped n waited on 2 other customers. A full set n an eyebrow. Finally, I had enough and express the poor customer service I recieved and decided to go somewhere else. They are the worst!

$75 for these... what do you think? I dont think I got my moneys worth.. a slappy job was done to be honest with you. My 2nd time visiting and not happy with this place. Never coming back.

It was a true blessing to find Only Nails open today during the storm. Atmosphere and energy was light and airy...wonderful service and very professional. Left out feeling like I was walking on air after my pedicure and my hands free of tension. Will return soon

Horrible customer service. Ive been here twice before and was satisfied. However, today I go in for a pedicure and requested the same lady who had done my toes the two times before. The lady who sits closer to the register immediately said in a rude tone COME BACK LATER. I looked at her shockingly and she said again COME BACK LATER. Its not about what you say, its how you say it. Then she proceeded to say, the lady had 2 appointments ahead of me. Understandable, but you could have gave me the option of 1. Waiting 2. Letting someone else complete my pedicure 3. Asking me to schedule an appointment with her so there would be no wait for me in the future or you could have politely asked me to come back in a specified time frame when she would be free. Its not the message you are delivering its the way you deliver the message!Im so sick of the horrible customer service at multiple nail salons and businesses. Its ridiculous. Currently teaching myself how to do my own pedicures. Hopefully, this review helps others.

I had been moving for 2 weeks and in bad need of pedicure. I walked in without appointment. They got me in right away and a gentleman named Michael did it. He was very thourough. Went the extra mile to ensure my heels were as smooth as a babies behind. Made sure I was relaxed and comfy. Will definitely return.

I went in for a gel manicure and she did a good job. However, my biggest pet peeve with nail salons is the nail technician trying to convince you to do something different than what you want, like the color that is picked out. I picked out a light pink and the whole time she tried convincing me it was too light and I needed to do a peach color instead. I’m paying, not you, so if I say no the first time, please listen and do what I want. Just because you like something a particular way, doesn’t mean we all like it that way. Otherwise, the job was quick and clean for the most part. I did notice she did not clean her nail tools after the client before me and before doing my nails.

I paid 70 dollars for my toes to be painted with gel polish and a fill in with gel polish. I felt like I was robbed it was cute but I’ve had better for cheaper. NEVER AGAIN they got me 😡😡😡😡

Walked in at 430 knowing they closed at 5. Only place I found open on Sunday. My nails are beautiful and it didnt take long at all. I got charged extra for matte top coat, which has never happened to be before. But other than that, wonderful experience

They are very rude when it come to certain customers. The woman that own the shop did my nails very fast after I waited 3 hours just for a fill in and eye brow wax . She made me pay $10 extra then normally due to my child crying . I would not suggest this nail shop . I would NOT recommend this nail shop.

I wish I could give no stars this place is horrible. They have the worst service. I went in to get a soak off and she said it was going to be a wait because her husband was about to leave. However two other ladies walked in and he gave them pedicures. I asked her what can I not get my soak off i was before them she said that her husband doesn’t do nails I said I’m not getting my nails done just a soak off. But besides the fact you said that he was getting ready to leave.

The lady at the first table, just rude and always talking about the people that comes in,in her language and its so obvious that shes talking about you,and I feel like they overcharged me for my nails. I went to several nail shops and they never charge me that much for my overlay fill in.I have very short nails,go see and watch and listen to how she talk about people who are spending their money with them!

I want to actually give them 0 stars!!!! Worse service ever! I sat there so long they forgot what I was in there for! I just wanted a simple fill in! Two nail techs finished their customers nails and instead of doing mine next they moved to pedicures! Mind you I was there before these customers getting pedicures! One lady without an appointment was serviced before me, the nail tech called me to be next, but left me to tend to that customer while that nail Tech that was oruginally doing her nails moved to do pedicures! That was the last straw!! I walked out! It was my 1st and last time going there!

They forgot that i was waiting to get my nails done. Then the nail tech rushed to get them done cause it was 8pm and mine still werent done. My nails arent filed evenly on the tops and sides. Didnt notice until next day.

I wish they gave customer loyalty bonuses. A litte expensive, but excellent work. Also, be prepared to wait. I need to remember to come on their off days.

They do great nail but there prices arent set, the wait time is over a hour in up to 3 hours when getting your nail done they let other customers skip you on propriety to them, you can come in get your nails done for 1 price then come back in 2 weeks with the same nails in the price will be increased....it can be a better place if there were more then 1 nail tech

This place is amazing. Theres a woman and her husband that do the nails and she did a PHENOMENAL job on mine! I had a full removal done of my old acrilics and a whole new set put on she did great removing them, didnt damage my real nails at all. I work with my hands a lot so I asked her to go a little thicker with it- when she was done the full set she put on looked SO GREAT and SOO NATURAL that I even opted out for the polish design I picked out and just got a nice clear coat on them. I wish I could give more than five stars honestly. I got there right when they opened so I did have to wait but the end results were totally worth it.

If I could give them no stars I would the service is awful they add in fees as they go like charging you to take off polish when you go for a fill In nobody does that anywhere how can you do a fill in without taking off the polish before hand I wouldnt prefer my dog here they are rude and have absolutely no customer service skills at all
