The facility here is very nice. They follow all the COVID regulations and Kim did a great job withy eyebrows and my pedicure! She is great and this facility is lovely

I’m giving 3 stars because I still love getting my feet done here. But man oh man, I will never get a manicure done at this location again. I brought my aunt here for her birthday, and due to a cut on the bottom of my foot, I decided to pass on the pedicure and get a mani for the first time at this salon. The gentleman that did my nails over groomed my cuticle like crazy and I was left with oozy micro cuts all over the top of my nail. Today they are extremely sore and inflamed and I’ve had to wrap my fingertips In neosporin and bandaids. (Pictures don’t do justice on how red and sore they are)

Will not be returning! I got a gel manicure and pedicure and both are sloppy and thick. Its already chipping and it hasnt even been 1 week!! The worst part it was $85 not including tip! Do not spend your money here!

Loved the ambience. I did have a wait for my lashes but I didnt make an appointment so was my fault. Great job on my lashes. Got mink lashes and was really nice. Will be going again.

I dont use my nails for harsh activities. I got a gel manicure done 4 days ago and two nails have already chipped off. Also bubbles in my nails and streaky application, the ends of my nails were not sealed with the gel either which is likely why my nails are lifting and chipping. Nice selection of nail colors but workers need better application style.

Went to this salon yesterday to get my nails done for a wedding and they turned out terrible. both hands were completely uneven and the polish wasn’t completely coated properly. very disappointed since I used a gift card I got for this place. the guy who did my nails also wasn’t very careful at all. kind of aggressive, my nails were stinging and throbbing. I do not recommend this place don’t even waste your money.

Usually when I get my nails done, they burn with the electric sander. Kelly was wonderful. Didnt burn me once. Very friendly and talented. Will go back every time

I went here for the first time to get a nail repair and and Pedi and was told that didn’t have time to do. I thought maybe I would be offered to a timeframe of the wait but he was rude and continue to do the person’s nails. Horrible customer service!!!!

NEVER have enough workers to honor your appointment! Very frustrating! One person in your party gets a pedicure while the others sit there in the water for 30 minutes time and time again! Even when I confirm that they will have enough stylists it continues to happen. I like the stylists so I keep coming back with my daughters but I am so done! You have been warned!

This place is hands down the best salon I have ever been to. Customer service and quality of work is top notch! I have been coming here for a few months now and I have been so happy every time. Three technicians worked on my nails and they did an amazing job. You can tell they really *care* about their clients and about their salon. I am very satisfied with the salon service.

Great place to get your nails done! I made an appointment, I was serviced right away, and it took no time at all. Their gels last every time between 2 1/2 - 3 weeks (and possibly longer but I like to switch colors up). You can tell they really *care* about their clients and about their salon. Highly recommend go it! I will definitely be coming here from now on!

I think I found my go-to nail salon! After a bad experience with another salon I was very wary about trying a new place again. The gel manicure I got was so nice. The ladies were was so meticulous. Prices are very fair/competitive and make sure to have some cash for a well deserved tip! I was very happy with my overall experience here. I will highly recommend this place to everyone.

Came today for the 1st time & Im super happy I found my new nail spot. Yen & Emily were both incredibly sweet and very attentive the entire time. My acrylics & gel pedi came out perfect. Everything looked super clean. I would 100% recommended.

I went to go get my acrylics cut down. They are now so uneven, Im thinking of just getting them removed and starting fresh.However, they were VERY clean and friendly.Update: I went to get them removed today. The lady was rough while removing my acrylics that my fingertips are sore and swollen. I will not be back.

I think this is definitely one of the best places to get a pedicure. They have high skilled and so cute & I liked how they do the art as well. Im looking forward to going back here again for a fill- in!

Kim was awesome, she was very nice to my pregnant wife. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Hour long foot and leg massage. It was awesome. I WILL BE BACK.

Wonderful spa! I enjoyed the deluxe pedicure that included a scrub, lotion massage, hot stone massage and hot towel. While I was relaxing to that, I was also receiving a gel manicure at the same time--talk about efficient! The manicurists paid careful attention to detail and there was not a cuticle to be found by the end of it! My nails turned out beautifully and everyone was so friendly. The spa itself was very bright, welcoming and clean. Ill definitely be coming back for future appointments!

Amazing! It was the best spa pedicure I have ever received. The facility is very nice and relaxing. I tried the hot stone massage and parafin wax along with my pedicure. It was wonderful. Highly recommend.

I needed a place near work to have a pedi and mani. Instyle Nails Spa was open and they signed me in right away. They were friendly, offered me something to drink and even helped me pick out a great color to wear at a wedding I was going to. The prices were fair and they made my short nails look fabulous. I definitely recommend them for quick, quality service.

Came here for a pedicure. Not only did the technician cut me twice but all my nails on one foot were clipped diagonal. Unfortunately I didnt notice at the time, not something you generally check for. Needless to say I wont be back. The woman doing my pedi seemed to be rushing anyway and I got a feeling she didnt know what she was doing. It was obvious by the end of it. Ive been to several salons and have never been cut or been dealt with with such carelessness. There are definitely better places in the area. Dont come here.

This is my NEW Nail Salon. The staff here was very fast too which I appreciate because I hate sitting there forever to get my nails done. They were friendly and very focused. And did a wonderful onto my feet like as what I asked for. I could wear these for one month and they still look fresh. Many reasons make me need to come back.

First time here, all I have to say is AMAZING. I have been to many nail shops where I feel like I wasnt fully satisfied and overcharged but this place made me feel like a queen. The pedicure was wonderful and very relaxing. The manicure took 2 hours because the polish wouldnt dry.... ? The man in the 1st chair did my gel powder manicure (overlay). The shape is okay but a tad inconsistent. Also, what I asked for and what I got are 2 different things. After paying $70 I got out to my car and saw the color had smeared on half of my nails. It was still tacky. He had to repaint and allow another 45 minutes to dry. Guess what? Still tacky 1 hour after leaving. Not impressed.

Found here when I was surfing in the internet * Best * nail salon in the town. She was wonderful- so precise. Not only is the salon tidy but it’s calming place! Its GREAT price!!

This is the best nail salon around. Kelly does my nails and is amazing. She takes her time with each client and my manicures always last a long time. Everyone in the salon is friendly and its very clean. I needed to come in early with my bridesmaids last year and they accommodated and opened early for us.

I hate writing this post, but I am so angered by the owner of this salon I want everyone to know how she does business. I have been going here for almost 8 months and Kelly (owner) has always done my dip nails and pedicures. She does great work, but it comes at a price-ATTITUDE! I have always made a weekend appointment (who has time to sit and wait for an hour?!) and even though shes never on time, I graciously wait. Well, the last time I went in she told me she doesnt take weekend appointments and was mad at ME for calling and making the appointment. Hmmm, if you stop taking weekend appointments, shouldnt the person answering the phone (her husband) tell me that? So she proceeded to do my nails but with an attitude for 2 hours! It was beyond uncomfortable. I went back today without and appointment for a pedicure with anyone available and asked if Kelly could fix one nail! She told me she was too busy and everyone else was too busy! So, although she does good work, her customer service is awful and the fact that she is the owner, she doesnt deserve the business!!!!

Have come back again for an acrylic manicure. I absolutely love how natural looking they are even though they are acrylic. My nails are perfect and I found this an overall enjoyable.

Let me say that with the quality of work and service they provide it is worth worth it. The service is wonderful, very relaxing and always a good experience. Nail tech team is warm and inviting. Showed them photos of what I wanted and they did a great job. Their shop is very clean. The whole process was pleasant compared to most nail shops. I dont go anywhere else for my manis/pedis.

I have followed my manicurist Kelly from shop to shop and I will not let anyone else touch my nails. This shop is clean and the people are friendly. At Instyle I am treated with the uppermost respect and professional service that all other shops lack. My money is never wasted when I go to Instyle.

Brought my daughter (2) in for her first simple nail polish trip and this was the wrong place to go. Lady didn’t seem thrilled, wasn’t friendly to her at all and I wasn’t even out of the chair yet and she asked someone else to sit down. I get you’re not making much off of me this trip but there would’ve been others- but not anymore. Disappointing.

This is a very nice salon however I was not pleased with how my nails were done. First of all she didnt ask me if I needed them cut which I did, then these were the thinnest Nails I have ever had after getting a fill which led to breaking a nail 2 days after I had them, and she changed the shape of my nails from how they originally were. She was very nice but with lack of communication left me disappointed and I will not go back there. Plus I felt it was too expensive for a fill.

This is my daughter and Is favorite place to get our nails done, they are always friendly and get the job done to our satisfaction. Many colors to choose from, extremely clean and well kept nail place.

Twice now Im have given them a try. The first time I waited over an hour and done employees were not helping customers. Today I took my daughter and tried again. She just needed her toes painted, shes three. We waited close to an hour and not one person said anything about the wait, someone came in after us and was helped. We left today without service and will never come back.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They have NO respect for people’s time. I had an appointment at 4 and I sat there until 4:53PM and no one spoke to me at all after taking my name. No updates or anything. I walked out. Such snobs

My fiance sat there for 40 minutes without one person saying a word to her after initial contact... they think they are better then everyone else. They acted when we left as if it was our fault. Blamed us for not asking them for help a 2nd time. Never knew we had to keep asking for help. If you own a business you should be smart enough to know you have customers sitting n waiting. Then dont be mad when we want to take our business elsewhere. Tacky, rude and will not be back.

My wife had a terrible experience here. They did her pedicure in ten minutes because they wanted to serve other customers. She got the extra package with a massage on her legs and the massage consisited of him wiping lotion on her legs up and down once. He than stood there while she was writing her tip down to see what she would give him.

Awful.cut my toe nails too short, when I made a comment that she did and it hurts, the tech dug her nail (with no gloves on) into my toe and made it worse.
