WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Poor communication, constantly not prepared, broke/damaged things in our home, constantly ordered wrong parts, subs used my tools, grabbed stuff from the garage, people constantly having accidents, no shows all too common, subpar workmanship, never cleaned up after themselves, every single job was done at least twice, as many as four times to get it acceptable, but still not right. We had to call a plumber and electrician in after the fact to correct the botched work. Made promises, never delivered. Loaded with excuses. Some things did turn out, but not to the degree promised. Constantly had to check on work performed, Greg Starling nor Steve followed up on any of the quality workmanship other than looking around a bit. Finally left the job unfinished never to hear from them again. We are still finding things wrong, including things just falling off or coming loose. Not recommended in any way, shape, or form.

If I could give a negative star I would, but since I cant I will give a negative review. Poor quality, poor management, poor communication. Greg was hired to do a small laundry room and change out fixtures in the bathroom next to it. We wanted drywall installed, cabinets, shelves, flooring and a laundry sink. Greg came in with all the charisma and sold us on a great laundry room for inexpensive and it was only supposed to take 2 weeks. By the end of the first week barely anything had been complete. We contacted him to verify the schedule was still intact. He claimed it was going to be done on time with only minor touch ups to be done after. On the day it was supposed to be done it still wasnt complete. It ended up taking an additional week and a half and it was done improperly and lacked quality. For goodness sake the granite countertop was installed with no overhang! More than once he tried to install something other than what was discussed, but he tried to act like I was changing things on him! So now its down to a checklist of items that were not done properly and we gave him the option to get it done now or get an estimate from someone to get it done correctly. He choose the estimate! So we took the estimate off his balance and moved on. Oh and he stole our broom!

They did work repairing water damage done to our home. No communication, horrible, sloppy work. Cut our countertops without letting us know. What should have been a simple one month fix, turned into nearly 3 months of work, and, we are still finding issues with the job done. Never knew when people were going to be coming out, when we were given days that work was to be done nobody showed up! Failed to insulate the exterior wall they had to replace, and when I called Steve and asked why, his answer was he didnt know. My upper Kitchen cabinets are now hung and sitting at least 1/4 inch into my window! Absolutely DO NOT use this company. Headaches at every single turn! They didnt even want to replace my faucet that THEY BROKE! Yes My husband and I were pains, after we caught on to their game. They put on a nice show at first, but then its shoddy work at best. The professional painter that painted our kitchen did the worst job Ive ever seen. Out of all the people that came out to my home to do work, Dee was the only one that cared about the job he did. Save yourself the headache and use another company. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Decent work but the Greg reminds me of a 90s used car salesman thatll try to upsell you in a heartbeat. He never provided an estimate, even when they started work I never had a solid figure. Ended up paying way more than what I intended for mediocre work. I will say the individuals that did the work were very considerate and knew the scope. Wouldnt hire again unless I had a written estimate first.

A 4 day small bath remodel job stretched into 2 months. There was absolutely no project management so my wife and I had to collect all the phone numbers for the subs and schedule them. The job is done but the work is far from professional. Ive already had to redo the plumbing under the sink. The tile on the wall and the floor has places where the exact tile pattern is repeated side by side. One of the spots is right in front of the toilet so I get to be reminded how bad the job is every time Im sitting there. If I pay someone to do something I expect it to be better than if I had done it myself. In the end it cost us a lot of money and leave from work that I would have rather spent on a vacation with my family. To add insult to injury when my wife went to check on the painter he was standing in our bedroom with his shirt off and his kids were in our front yard throwing empty drink containers and candy wrappers all over our yard. The head guys tried to make right at the end by refunding us the cost of the mirror and sink fixture they scratched during the install but that does not make right an overall poor and frustrating job.

Greg is a con artist i would never refer him to any1....he doeant pay hos sub contractors nd does very very poor work..

The whole thing is just a front. Its just a Mexican, an old guy and his son. Dont expect quality work from anyone else brought as help, as they pay their employees minimum wage and treat them worse than mcdonalds.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Terrible shoddy work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!
