Builder failed to make repairs to the house as agreed on buying contract. Never showed up for appointments set up. Confrontational when requested to answer text messages and phone calls. His answer to missing appointments was “I completely forgot or completely slipped my mind” x4. Do NOT buy any properties built by MSH homes
