They did well for what they do but they do not offer any kind of repairs like most other tub refinishers. I was happy with one tub but the second turned out horrible. They came out and did the best they could do to repair it but there isn’t much they can do once they get that last coat of apoxy on. Would not recommend. Way too pricy for the job $695 per tub and all they do is paint it with a sprayer. They are definitely not worth the money. You can roll on apoxy to look like the job they perform. They got a ton of overspray on my faucets. They didn’t cover them when they sprayed. Thank God I didn’t have the rest of my bathroom set up, they probably would have gotten over spray on my toilets and my $500 sink faucet. Not happy but they completed it to the best of there ability. Don’t hire them

The quote was reasonable and my questions were answered. They were able to schedule repair quickly. I was called day before repair to confirm. The repair man, Johnny Walker was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He did an excellent job. The tub looks like a new tub. I will recommend SPR to my friends.Thank

As the manager for SPR of Tidewater for over 17 years I wanted to take a min to respond to Mrs.Dean review personally. This situation with this tub was a very unique one that we have never seen before. Due to installation or settling of the tub, The tub holds water when drained completely. We did not realize this until after a few visits. Myself, or our owner of 40 plus years, have never seen this. Standing or pulling water is very damaging to our process. Unfortunately, we were not allowed the opportunity to remedy the problem once the source of our continued problems was discovered. As a family business, bad reviews are very personal to us. I just wanted to take a min and shed a little more light on a bad situation in hopes of a little more clarity. Dropped a tool while remodeling a bathroom. And knicked the Brand New tub . SPR. for a great price made it disappear. Very happy saved me potentialally thousands of dollars

I was very unhappy with SPR. The tub looked like new when it was finished, but areas were peeling within days. They came back out on two different occasions to fix the issues, but within 18 months the tub was peeling in multiple places and you could see flakes floating in it while bathing our toddler. When SPR returned, they told us that the glaze would not stick due to the slope of our tub and they would not repair it until we had the tub jacked up (oh, and that WATER was damaging the glaze - it is a bathtub). I really wish they had told us that before we put $500 into their repair as we definitely would not have used them.

Seemed very professional over the phone and for the price you would think they were a cut above the rest.... Was very unhappy with the time and manner to correct a problem with some very bad runs in the finish. Dont think I would recommend them to any family or friends myself.

Company does phenomenal work.
