LIFE. SAVERS. I had called USAA to get us a tow truck and after 4 days, decided to ditch their efforts and call around to move our camper over just a couple feet in a tight space. A few other companies quoted us ridiculous prices (one said $385!!! !?!?!).And others just kept saying they’d come and kept pushing us back. Welllllll... called Hickory— sent them a couple pics and they showed up 45 minutes later. They tried it even though it was a tough job and got exactly what I needed. LOVE THEM. I will shout my praises to the rooftops. Professional. Optimistic. Timely. AMAZING! USE. THEM!!!

Called them and they got there quickly, within the time frame I was given, they gave me an accurate price for everything, and made sure they didnt damage my truck. They are a little pricy but the driver was excellent and knew what he was doing. They were calm and happy to help

Hickory towing has one of the best off road towing trucks out there! They were able to pick up our 18,500 lb disk so that the disk and tractor could be pulled out in reverse from being stuck down in the mud. It took them no time at all to get the job done right and I was able to go right back to disking. It takes some serious skill to pull out some of our mess ups and they handled it like professionals. Not only did they know what they were doing, they were also very kind and reasonable about the job.

Quick response through 3rd party road side assistance. Driver was patient enough for me to switch all my belongings to my other vehicle. The tow truck itself was in good condition and driver was friendly. I hope I dont need them anytime soon, but trust them to do a good job if I do.

Unfortunately today I had a flat tire on a busy highway, after waiting over an hour for a tow truck to come through geico my road side assistance, Blair towing still hadn’t arrived. I called Hickory towing and was told someone could help me in 15 minutes. Hickory towing arrived as they stated. But not only did this gentleman look over all my tires on this busy highway, he also told me I had run flat tires and he followed me to the tire shop. I don’t write reviews often, but let me express that I was a little scared on the highway with my daughter, but this company Hickory Towing went above and beyond by following me. He refused to accept payment. Your business will be my only business I give for towing. Thank you for your help and peace of mind.

I called Hickory towing, as I had gotten a moving truck stuck in the mud. Fortunately he was not far away and arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Within 30 minutes of getting the truck stuck I was driving out of the driveway. The technician was very pleasant and even discounted $45 because the job did not take very long. Excellent excellent service, very nice man.

Have some sympathy for people who end up having to use your poor service for reasons that werent even their fault. Bedsides, you should really change your singage to say call for assistance rather than hours of operation. They aint nobody here, so there arent really any operating hours right 🤷🏻‍♀️. Dont add to an already stressful situation I mean come on. Ridiculous if you say an hour and two and half hours later you still have customers waiting.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Had my car towed from the Firestone to my new home and they left it in the middle of our driveway. The car has a busted transmission so it’s not easy to move. Called them and asked them to move it ANYWHERE other than the middle of the driveway and they refused. They claimed that that wasn’t where they left it and WE must have moved it to to that spot. Unbelievable.

I call and they said 15 mins. So fast I wasnt ready 🤣🤣🤣 I will be using them again. Thank You Hickory Towing for the fast service 👍🏼

After the rental car I was using broke down on a very busy and hazardous spot on the road and after getting the run-around from the rental company that suggested that I leave the car right where it broke down at explaining to me that they couldnt get a hold of any tow truck at the moment which left me to fend for myself at night, alone and Im a female. Great service. Im a commercial contractor and one of my guys got a 60 manlift buried in mud on one of our job sites. Were the lift was located no one had the proper equipment to get to the lift and pull it out, until I called Hickory Towing. My dad had a single motorcycle accident this morning and his bike went in the ditch. Hickory Towing was called out to get the bike out of a 6ft deep ditch. The guy pulled it out without causing anymore damage to the bike! I recommend them for all kinds of towing! I know it was the owners son but I don’t remember his name. But he was very nice and took great care of my dads bike! Thank you!

Johnny was absolutely excellent! He towed my car out of the ditch and did an inspection to make sure my car was drivable. I did not expect that and his professionalism was absolutely wonderful. I was so greatful that he was the one that helped me out today!

I called at around 8 am, asked for them to pick up my Tahoe, in Great Bridge, and take it to a dealership in Virginia Beach. The driver, Johnny, called me and was at my house within 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional and really careful with my vehicle. It had to be towed using a rollback because it has drivetrain issues. The price was really reasonable, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but will absolutely call them again if needed. Ask for Johnny, he’s great!

These guys are awesome. I had called them around 9am on a Saturday morning, I had a disabled vehicle with no front axle. They said “no problem, be there in 1-2 hours.” The guy showed up with a rollback, spent over an hour getting it on there, drove 37 miles, spent another hour unloading it. Was extremely polite and helpful. And they did all this for only $125. Another towing company said it would be $275. I highly recommend Hickory towing. They will be the only company I will ever use again!

I had my truck break down on me and I was scared to call a tow but it seemed like the only solution. I googled companies and was even more afraid to call after seeing some of the reviews. So I called Hickory and the gentleman who answered the phone was very polite. He knew exactly where I was and when I asked how long it would be, to my surprise he said only 20-30 min. I was expecting to have to wait at least a hr. Then the next question was price. I was surprised at how reasonable the pricing was as well. Next the driver came loaded my truck and we laughed and joked to my destination like we’d known each other for years. Very standup individuals.
